You will LOVE Princesa! Princesa is a waterfront resort located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store and Colin's Cantina Restaurant on site! Great family atmosphere!

Princesa C101 unique features:
* Primary renter can be 18 and up
* Keyless entry & easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo with your digital code. No keys!
* Remodeled unit! New kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, countertops, etc.
* Ground Floor unit with straight on views of the resort and the Sea of Cortez!
* SmartTVs in every room. Login to your Netflix account and enjoy!
* King Beds in both bedrooms and a Queen Sofa Sleeper Sectional in the Living Room
* Coffee maker for a regular pot or for your favorite k-cup (please bring your favorite coffee)
* Ceiling fans in each room.

Really Great

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property, the condo, the people vacationing and working there, we were very happy with all of it and will probably come back for another stay in the future.

Loved this place! Great access to beach, property was clean and in good condition and pretty spacious with minimal clutter. Loved waking up to the ocean view! The property management company was really easy to talk to and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Princesa C 101 was everything I expected and more..,.

It was spacious - had a lovely view of the Sea of Cortez and entire complex. Viewing from the patio, the palms, gardens, and entire area is especially well maintained and clean C 101 has every convenience in appliances. I enjoyed the options on the coffee machine - choose single cup or brew a pot of coffee. Very cool. Two wonderful months. Whenever I raised a question it was handled immediately, which was much appreciated. The keyless entry is so do very convenient! King beds, tv in each bedroom, new appliances all added for comfort and enjoyment. THANK YOU I highly recommend C101 Arrive, walk in and enjoy

Comfortable and convenient

Very clean and sorted property with a convenient first floor location - but also in the corner so quieter than most. Parking right by the door, made it so easy to load/unload (easy to take that for granted). We loved the comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient store with a little bit of everything in it and a restaurant that served the best food and has great service. Great fall break vacation!!!

The condo was amazing!!! Communication and instructions were awesome. Easy to understand what to expect. The condo has a great patio, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a beautiful condo with lots of extras to enjoy the pools and beach. Restaurant on site was fantastic and staff were so friendly!!!! Would absolutely book this one again!

One of the BEST properties at La Princesa

We’ve been staying at La Princesa for years, this unit is one of the best we’ve stayed at. Modern appliances and beautiful decor. Hosts were also accesible. We will definitely be back :)
