Million Dollar View updated 2bed/2bath beachfront condo with shared pool & stunning water views
Why go to the Caribbean when you can find Paradise right here in the Heart of the Keys. Spectacular, direct, unobstructed views of the Atlantic from this Beachfront, corner/end unit condo. Views can be enjoyed from the multiple windows in the unit or the private balcony. 4th Floor end unit (with elevator) provides privacy from the pool and tiki area. This is located on one of the only long, walkable sandy beaches in the Keys.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Keys is provided in the unit. Master bedroom has king bed and master bath with glass private door to balcony. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and living room (flat screen tv, Bluray/DVD player) with a full hall bath. Linens including sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Full size front loading Washer and Dryer units are right in the condo for your convenience. Central A/C and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room will make your stay comfortable!
Located off Mile Marker 54 in the Coco Plum Beach Villas, a 16 unit building directly on the ocean with incomparable views. Within the condo property, there is a heated beachfront pool, tennis court, beachfront tiki hut to enjoy the water's edge, and there is ample parking space. The under building parking is reserved for handicap or owners only.
The owners use and love this condo. It is furnished and supplied that way as well. Its' appearance and function are constantly upgraded and maintained. You can see the pride that is taken in our tenant satisfaction by looking at our reviews.
Although you can spend your entire vacation relaxing here at the unit's amenities, you may want to see what else Marathon has to offer! World renowned sport fishing is just a couple miles offshore with plenty of charter fishing boats to choose from. Sombrero Beach is just minutes away if you'd like to take a day at the public beach with playground and public restrooms! This is a great spot if you are arriving early or departing later than your check out. Also within close proximity is the Dolphin Research Center, amazing snorkeling and dive sites, golf course, and Key West is just 50 minutes away for a great day trip.

This property does not have any dockage. There is no trailer parking at the condo. No parking under condo - those spaces are reserved for owners. No rvs, campers or motorhomes. Plenty of parking in front of the condo and toward the street.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
