"Pelican's Perch" - Gulf Front Condo, vues fabuleuses, piscine chauffĂ©e, quai, pĂȘche

Pelican's Perch est un condo haut de gamme de luxe situé à moins de 16 mÚtres de l'eau du golfe du Mexique. Le condo a 1 400 pieds carrés de surface habitable intérieure, plus deux grands ponts en forme de «L» qui s'enroulent autour du condo. Chaque terrasse offre une vue captivante sur le golfe du Mexique d'un cÎté et la piscine chauffée de l'autre. Lorsque les brises sont douces, vous pouvez observer la vie marine dans l'eau depuis les ponts. Un gril à gaz est fourni.

Les rÚgles de zonage local permettent à 6 personnes de résider dans le condo. Cette limite est strictement appliquée. Un accÚs Internet Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit est fourni. La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau lit king-size recommandé par Consumer Reports avec une vue dégagée sur l'eau. La deuxiÚme chambre a des lits queen et lits jumeaux. Un lit queen-size sort d'un canapé au premier étage. Un grand quai de huit bateaux et une piscine chauffée sont à une minute à pied.

Le quai est situĂ© Ă  l'embouchure de la Key Vaca Cut, offrant une bonne pĂȘche et un accĂšs facile au golfe du Mexique et Ă  l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. L'arrimage est le premier arrivĂ©, premier servi, les propriĂ©taires ayant la prioritĂ©. Des impuretĂ©s de sauvegarde sont disponibles hors site si nĂ©cessaire.

Les jardins sont impeccablement aménagés.
La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux appareils en céramique et en acier inoxydable.

Les locataires ont accĂšs Ă  2 vĂ©los de type location, des Ă©quipements de plage complets tels que des chaises de plage, des parasols, des jouets, des Ă©quipements de pĂȘche, des nouilles de piscine et des Ă©quipements de plongĂ©e. Des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© sont inclus Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du condo.

It was a well equipped unit with direct water views. Since the kitchen had everything, we made most of our meals instead of going out.The decor is cute and beachy, just an adorable unit. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful condo! Newly renovated; very clean and comfortable and spacious. The location is great with beautiful views and was pretty quiet, which was a bonus for us. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is pretty well-stocked for most needs. The balconies were a great spot to enjoy "Happy Hour" or just hang out and enjoy the view. Bernie was such a pleasure to deal with. She made everything so simple from start to finish. The communication between us was always timely and friendly. I felt like I knew her for years. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable clean place, great location lots of supplies, kitchen essentials (we like to cook a lot). Spacious living area with nice furniture. Wish this could be on one level with less stairs-and no birds at the poolthat would make it perfect! But we want to come back!

Perfect place🌮

This condo allows you to walk in and have everything you need . My husband and I enjoyed fishing on the dock, riding bikes , checking out the local restaurants, local beaches , etc . Perfect location with amazing views . I would definitely like to go back!

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing week at Pelican’s Perch. The condo was better than we expected and had everything we needed. The extras, like coolers, a fishing rod, and beach toys were so helpful. The views from the condo were gorgeous and we practically had the pool to ourselves every time we got in. Our family just loved the property and I would go back in a heartbeat. Communication with the owner and property manager was also excellent.

Wonderful Place!

This condo is AMAZING! Very spacious with new updated furniture and the beds slept great! The views were wonderful and the sunrises were awesome everyday! Only 1 small gitch with the internet and it was resolved within the hour by Mickey and owners! The condo had everything we needed and then some - bicycle's, beach chairs, floats, coolers and 2 grills. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and plan to be back again!

Spectacular Views!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location in Marathon

The location was fantastic and close to everything you would need if staying in Marathon. Everything was clean and organized, and you can't beat the view. I loved sitting outside with a cold, adult beverage and enjoying the view. Keep in mind, the unit is starting to show its age as the furnishings are dated and some some ceiling areas are cracking. The shower tracks are starting to rust in areas and the mattresses definitely need to be updated.All in all, it was a great palce to spend a couple weeks in December and we all agreed that we would stay in this unit again on a future trip. Thanks again!

Wonderful getaway! The condo was clean and well equipped. Great location, beautiful view and very comfortable. We swam daily. The pool was very clean and most times we had it to ourselves or just several others. Mike enjoyed fishing off the dock daily, catching lots and lots of different fish. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the deck. We cooked in a couple evenings, but really enjoyed several of the restaurants you suggested. We really enjoyed our week at your place and look forward to returning.

A convenient and comfortable “home base” in the middle of the Keys, with amazing views!

Staying at Pelican’s Perch in Marathon was a good choice for our family’s getaway to the Keys. It is tucked away off the main highway, with quick and easy access to everything. The complex was fairly quiet, well-lit, and felt safe. Parking is easy, with your own parking spot right below the condo, and when you climb the steps to the first floor entry and balcony, the views of the gulf are just wonderful! The colorful rocking chairs, the morning sunrises (with a cup of coffee), and the afternoon shade later on, made the balconies our favorite place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. The condo was spacious, had good lighting, and was clean, with a relaxed and comfy feel to it. The WiFi worked well, the main floor half-bath was convenient, and it was good to have an in-unit washer and dryer to use. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and beach chairs, coolers, etc. Upstairs, the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom (and bath) had even better views, with it’s own balcony and rockers, and the other BR had a full bath next door to it in the hallway. The pool was just steps away; we enjoyed having it to ourselves most of the time, with spots in the shade available poolside. We visited the dock, and saw fish and sharks swimming just below us, and we noted others were catching fish. Many good restaurants are within a few miles, as well as grocery and drug stores, and gas stations. Sunset Park and Sombrero Beach are within a few miles and were fun places to visit. We left with lots of good memories, and we all agree we would stay here again. Bernie and Rex were very responsive with any questions we had, and were easy to work with. Thank you!

Wonderful working vacation!

My friend and I stayed at this amazing condo!! The views were fantastic from the balconies! Super quiet and the space was very large and comfortable. A little dated with the bathrooms and kitchen but everything was functional and clean and did not feel run down at all!! The furnishings were updated and beautiful! The pool was amazing. This place has everything you need for a perfect time in the Keys. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!!

Our family is from the suburbs of Chicago. Rex and I first visited the Keys in 1980 while working in Miami. We fell in love with the Keys during that time and finally returned in 2011 on the first of what has become an annual visit ever since. We rented at the beautiful Gulfpointe II complex for several years and feel very fortunate to now be owners at this wonderful location. We hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do!

The views from the balconies are spectacular. The Gulf water is less than 16 yards away. The pool is beautiful. The dock on the Vaca Cut is a great place to fish. The condo is centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. The condo is spacious, 1,400 square feet of interior living area plus the two balconies.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The two water front balconies are located on the east side of the building. This provides valuable afternoon shade while sitting on the decks. Even during the hot summer afternoons, the balconies are surprisingly comfortable with the shade and sea breeze. We have several types of chairs including rocking chairs on the decks.
