Beachside studio steps to the beach

Private condo steps to the beach. Comfortable for a couple that wants to enjoy the beach. Queen bed and comfy couch. Table for four. Spacious bathroom with all the comforts of home. Kitchen includes granite countertop, a normal sized refrigerator and a stove. TV and two dressers. Epass provided for one car, send car info an hour in advance, and can use parking marked permit parking. Beach chairs, umbrella and two beach towels (for the beach). On the second floor with a private balcony. There is also a heated pool.

Awesome stay!

The place was spotless and had everything we needed to include beach chairs and towels. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Location is great, and close to a lot of restaurants and other activities. Can’t wait to come back!

Small Paradise

Everything you could need is provided. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Pool was awesome and very close walk to the beach. Rina was a great host. Will stay again.

Perfect Location to St.Pete Beach

Great, clean place! We loved how it had everything for a perfect beach day—-chairs, cooler, umbrellas, beach towels and more. Can’t get much closer to the beach and everything is in close walking distance! Host is very accommodating!

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was perfect for my sister and I to get away for our birthdays. The location is awesome and the beach is incredible. Condo is fully stocked and had everything that we needed. Rina was responsive and a pleasure to work with. If we come back to St Pete’s we will be using this again!!

Amazing. Rina is the best We had a bottle of wine awaiting us and a sweet message on the board Everything was wonderful. From the comfy bed to the beach umbrella We found our winter getaway for some time

St. Pete Paradise

A charming studio condo that was perfect for me. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options in the neighborhood and within walking distance. Will definitely come back when I'm in St. Pete's beach. Thanks!

Great location

We had a studio condo. The only thing I wish is the owners get a new stove as the large burner was not level. The condo was small, it was a studio after all but comfortable for my wife and I. Would stay there again.

Location, location, location and fantastic host

Fantastic location, close to beach, great restaurants, Publix and Corey St Sunday market. Condo was prefect for me as a solo visitor who stayed for the month of March, 2024. Condo was as described, fully equipped and nicely decorated in beach vibe. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked great. Rina is a phenomenal host. Excellent communicator and very responsive. I have already booked for next year!

Very clean and cute

It was up one flight of stairs. Very clean. The bathroom needs a vent fan to keep walls, mirror & everything from sweating so much when the shower is used.

Best Location!

This was our first time spending a month in our own condo in Florida. The location and condo pool were excellent! The pool was heated and always comfortable. The beach was as close as the pool. Only a 2 minute walk. The unit had everything we needed and became our place to relax and retire. Great restaurants within walking distance! The manager was always in touch, if, we needed her. We're coming back next year! Thanks Rina!

Cute and comfy studio

Rina was a great host. The property was clean and put together when we got there with excellent ‘add ons’. Two beach chairs, football, frisbee umbrella and cooler. I wish we had known it was a second floor unit and no elevator. Bringing our bags up was a unexpected difficulty. Pretty floors and two convienite dressers. Bathroom is very small but works for one at a time and is stocked with essentials if you were to forget something. Parking was odd but not difficult. Easy walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants. Rina was extremely good with communication as well!
