New Townhouse steps from Jacksonville Beach

Fleur-de-Sea is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, three story townhouse located just 1.5 blocks to Jacksonville Beach with it's gorgeous white sand and amazing surfing. It is a family friendly retreat that is the perfect place to build lasting memories with your children and friends. It is an easy walk to the restaurants, bars, and shopping district of Jax Beach while maintaining enough distance for peace and relaxation. It features a backyard fire pit, games, books, and beach toys.

At Fleur-de-Sea, you are just a short walk to gorgeous Jacksonville Beach. You'll find everything you need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs, beach toys, a sun umbrella, beach towels, as well as a little library stocked with books for all ages. An easy stroll will take you to the Jacksonville Pier and local bars and restaurants. Two large decks give peeks of the ocean. Within the townhouse, you'll find board games, video games, a pack-n-play, a high chair, and a playpen which can be expanded to form a baby gate. Toddlers will enjoy the toddler boat bed which has two mattresses available upon request. The main room sofa bed has a memory foam mattress for maximum comfort.

Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom #1: Top floor. Master with king sized bed, en suite bathroom, private balcony with seating.

Bedroom #2: Top floor. Queen sized bed with twin trundle bed beneath. Built-in toddler boat bunk bed (mattress size 3 x 5 feet) in the walk-in closet. Two mattresses available for boat bed, or leave bottom free for play space. En suite bathroom.

Bedroom #3: Bottom floor. Brand new addition 8/15/2021! Queen sized Murphy bed and sofa. Real queen mattress pulls down out of the wall cabinet to quickly and easily convert the room into a bedroom. No need to move the sofa! Bathroom just outside in the hallway.

Main floor (adjacent to kitchen): Queen sized sleeper sofa with plush memory foam mattress.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the fenced backyard space with fire pit.

Michael and I have tried to make this home as family friendly as possible. Included:

--playpen that can be unfolded to make a baby barrier
--portable baby bathtub that works for children up to 2 years of age
--toys and games
--books
--Wii gaming system
--beach chairs
--beach toys including boogie boards
--sun umbrella
--Radio Flyer wagon which works to bring toys to and from the beach
--child plates/cups
--portable cooler for beach snacks/drinks
If there is something that you feel would be great to add to our space, please do not hesitate to ask! Of note, the toddler boat bunk bed has two mattresses, but the bottom one can be moved to make a play space instead.
