Your fully air-conditioned luxury villa is located in the southwest in a very safe and quiet residential area in Cape Coral. It invites with more than 3016 sqf of pure living space to feel good.

The master suite with king-size bed includes two large walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Three additional bedrooms (one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and one twin-bedded room) are at your disposal. There are also two more bathrooms available for this purpose. From one bedroom (including adjoining bathroom) can be reached directly the terrace. Furthermore, we have set up a study for you with space for your laptop. In the center of your villa is the huge open kitchen with a large kitchen island and wine fridge. The high-quality equipment offers you with a large fridge-freezer, 4-plate stove (induction), oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and all necessary accessories the opportunity to indulge yourself and your family anytime culinary.

The outdoor kitchen with 91cm wide gas grill on the terrace invites you to a typical American barbecue. The supermarket within walking distance offers daily (also on Sundays) a rich selection of fresh fruit & vegetables, bread, meat, fish and all other food and drinks, unless you have one of the many restaurants in the area – starting from the fast food Chain up to the high-quality local – want to use. Have breakfast in the morning sun on the spacious terrace, relax in the electrically heated pool / whirlpool, or enjoy leisurely the 'Florida way of life' with a refreshing drink right on the river-like canal in the Tiki Hut.

After a nice day spent poolside or perhaps at the beach, golfing or shopping, after a visit to the theater or the Wildife Areas, why not spend the evening outside at one of the Fire Pits or in the living room on the cozy Finish off seating area. For your entertainment there is a TV with cable connection in the living room as well as on the terrace and in each bedroom.

Of course, you are always connected with your friends via telephone and fast Wi-Fi Internet connection via your own notebook or smartphone. You can park your rental car in the garage. In the direct passage to the inner area are washing machine and dryer. Of course, ironing board and iron are available. Your valuables will find room in the vault. The villa is surrounded by a well-tended subtropical garden with palm trees, hibiscus hedges and tropical fruit trees. Through a so-called 'cage' (mosquito net) they are protected in the pool / terrace area from mosquitoes, which can always occur in sub-tropical regions. At the private boat place you can put on your rented boat. From here you have direct access to the open sea via the saltwater canal.

From the comfort of your holiday home you can easily reach all the amenities of Florida (Miami, Orlando including Disney World and Cape Canaveral, Everglades, Key West etc.) through the best road links. Bathing beaches can be found in the city area of Cape Coral and on the bridge-linked offshore islands, such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island with miles of sandy and shingle beaches. Numerous excellently equipped shopping malls and outlet centers invite to extensive shopping sprees. Enjoy this varied offer in your rented holiday villa, where the rental price covers all electricity and additional costs. Additional costs are only due to the final cleaning.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
