From the moment you enter the foyer of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, you will realize you have arrived in your Vacationers Dream Home Away from Home! This beautifully appointed luxury condo has been recently professionally remodeled and decorated and we have spared no expense to make this condo your Vacation paradise. This eastside corner unit features spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and of course the huge wrap around balcony.
The gourmet kitchen has been fitted with beautiful new hardwood cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous thick granite countertops throughout including the breakfast bar area. The bathrooms have also been updated to include new raised vanities and granite countertops, as well as, tiled showers. You will love the large flat screen tv's in all bedrooms. The living room features a 50" flat screen tv as well as an I-Pod compatible stereo for your listening enjoyment. The Leather sleeper sofa and matching double recliner loveseat with matching marble coffee and end tables tastefully rounds out the living room area.
This 2nd floor condo is all about Comfort, Convenience, and Relaxation. You are only a few steps away from your car, the tennis and basketball courts and about a 90 second walk to the pool area and BBQ grills. Shopping, beautiful golf courses, fun parks, and fabulous restaurants are all here for your enjoyment. This island paradise is a thing of beauty that you will never forget!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.
