Storey Lake - Kissimmee is a brand new vacation community located just 4 miles from the magical world of Disney and just minutes to Universal, Sea World and the many water parks in the area. Central Florida is also home to some of the nation's top-rated golf courses and many are within a 10-minute drive of Storey Lake. The prime location lends itself to the premier shopping corridor including the famed Millennia, top restaurants and the world renowned town of Celebration inspired by Disney. Storey Lake is also a 30-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. The resort offers the best in family fun and is host to a wide variety of amenities and activities. This spacious 9 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of up to 18 guests.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Designed for families and built for fun, Storey Lake Resort offers it all! Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with lazy river, two waterslides, and children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe & kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Enjoy a cold beverage or ice cream at the resort’s poolside café. Don’t forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball or basketball. Escape the sun at the covered tiki bar or venture inside the resort’s clubhouse, which includes a guest lounge area, fitness center, and business center.

1st Family Christmas
House was very spacious and clean. Just small hiccups like power outage on one side of the house for 12 hours and water temperature where lukewarm at times. But all n all we enjoyed our stay!!!

Great Rental
The house was great. Very spacious, clean, and in a quiet location. We initially had issues with temperature regulation, but figured out that it was due to the automated schedule on the thermostats. The ice maker on the refrigerator doesn't produce a lot, so we purchased bags of ice and put them in the freezer drawer. The house does not come with face cloths, so keep that in mind. We knew that going in so it wasn't an issue. Trash pickup is early morning. Make sure all trash is in a trash bag or it will not be picked up. If you put it out at night, the raccoons will tear them open and the buzzrds will get to them next. These are minor issues. Don't let these sway you from this house. It's a great house.

Bed Bugs and Poor Communication
BED BUGS! We found bed bugs our first night. We called to report them. We were told someone would check it out, and they would call back to provide an update. We were not home during this time. Despite their committment to call us, we had to call them later in the day. We were told the house was treated. No other details were provided. We asked if it was safe to return to the home, if we needed to close off any of the rooms, if we needed to take any additional precautions for all of our items that were in the home. All we were told was it had been treated and we could go back in the house. At that point, we directly asked if we could be moved. They didn't answer the question. During our stay, our family did countless loads of laundry to ensure we didn't bring any bugs home with us. Upon returning home, we rewashed everything. This added significant stress to our trip, and the communication (or lack thereof) was more than disappointing. I emailed the company when we returned home to express my disappointment with finding the bugs and their lack of communication. They offered $100 as a way to 'make it right.' Considering the cleaning deposit was more than 3x that (and the home was not clean), this offered reimbursement was insulting. We also found a cockroach in the game room, and the main gaming machine did not work and the pool table is wobbly. I do not recommend any propoerty operated by Executive Villas Florida.

Outstanding Customer Service
The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. We felt safe and everyone said they slept well since the beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s family oriented book this house. You really don’t need to leave the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We wasn’t able to stay at the home
Due to our flights we was never able to to stay. It was our family frist time traveling to Florida. You guys never informed us about getting the insurance to Secure our money. We got the insurance for incidentals. I do think that we was not informed fully. I don’t think we will be recommending your site to any of our family or friends.
