Beautiful and newer construction 5 bedroom, 3 bath (3rd floor unit) w/ Elevator- conveniently located right in the heart of where you want to be.

Looking for a spacious and centrally located, new construction rental? You are in luck with this luxury 3rd floor unit (top floor). Sleeps 14 comfortably. Beautiful and very well-stocked upscale kitchen and large dining area. Outside decks larger than most to relax outside and enjoy the evenings. Comfortable living room and bedrooms with 4 TVs throughout the unit. The elevator and the single level unit makes this property nice for families with those looking to avoid stairs.

Absolutely wonderful location during peak season but with lots to do on off-season as well. It's a short walk to beach, boardwalk, and amusement park. It's also a short walk to the shops/restaurants on Asbury as well as fun kid-friendly activities like mini-golf and ice cream. Offstreet parking and a garage to accommodate 2-3 cars. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. There is typically a 3 night minimum during off-season.

Wonderful clean and spacious home in a great OCNJ location!

This property was beautiful and spacious, located near coffee shops, restaurants and stores, and also close to more of the same on the Boardwalk. It was new, clean and well stocked with all the essentials, plus bonus beach toys, chairs etc. Our host was responsive and available. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and spacious centrally located rental

We had such a wonderful time staying at Jamie’s property on our Ocean City vacation. The home was beautiful, clean, stocked well, and you could not beat the location! I knew we found a great spot when looking through the photos online, but the home is even more lovely in person! There was plenty of room for our big group and I loved all the “hang out” areas. We spent almost every night relaxing on the large comfortable porch together after a long day of sun and fun! This home of modern yet cozy and the elevator and outdoor (hot water) shower were both life savors especially with young kids. A very short walk to the center of the boardwalk- you don’t want to pass up staying in this gem! Thank you so much Jamie for sharing your rental with us. We’re hoping to book again next summer!

A great Ocean City week!

The plan was to bring my handicapped son however we were very disappointed that he was not allowed to join us. He resides in a group home and they restricted him due to Covid. We still had a wonderful time. There were seven of us - three sisters, four friends. The oldest was 89 years old. My favorite place was the porch. We spent a lot of time there eating, snacking, reading and talking. Just a suggestion - we thought some hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful. Also instructions for using the TV's. We figured out the living room TV but not the bedroom TV's. No problems with the utensils in the kitchen. We had everything we needed. We did a 1500 pc. puzzle and one piece was missing. If someone finds a puzzle piece its ours. Thank you for providing a lovely place that was well situated for all we wanted to do.

Location, location, location

We used this place for a family get together in the summer. The location really could not be beat. On a quiet street a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Ashbury (better shopping IMO). We loved sitting out in the front porch and watching the traffic on the OC bridge.

Beautiful place and perfect location

Jamie’s place is beautiful and in a very convenient location. She was very responsive and timely in all communications. The weather was terrible and thus we spent more time indoors than expected, which made this fantastic property itself even more important for our enjoyable stay.

Ocean City Over Easter

Beautiful place to stay. Great location to access the boardwalk and the beach. My little ones could easily ride their bikes up to the boardwalk if not walk. The house was very clean with a nice open floor plan which made it easier to entertain everyone. The elevator comes in handy for the luggage and groceries. The owner was very responsive and was able to answer my questions in a timely matter; before, during, and after our stay. Thank you.

Brand new amazing location

This property is even more beautiful in person. Everything is brand new, absolutely spotless! 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Lots of space to hang together as a group. Can not wait to stay again next year. Owners very helpful and accessible ( although everything was so perfect we never needed them!)
