The host did an excellent job communicating the details of our stay in advance of our arrival. She had all sorts of extras (spices/condiments) in the kitchen and left us a treat. The house was clean and spacious, and we had a very nice stay.

Simply Sunny Fun is close to many amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, USS Yorktown, Sullivan's Island, Charleston, and it is easy to locate. The house has everything thing you need. It would be nice to have a TV with regular channels and a TV in one of the bedrooms, but that is not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay there and Paula was very helpful and prompt when fixing a problem with one of the TV's. Would definitely recommend staying at her house.

This is a lovely, clean, well-stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to both Isle of Palms and Charleston. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect Charleston home base!We spent several days in Charleston for a family wedding, and I am so glad I found Simply Sunny Fun! and was able to book this house. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the option to reserve a crib and high chair through her equipment rental business was a huge perk. We have stayed in Charleston several times, and this was by far our favorite rental home. (You know how sometimes a house is great, but you have those thoughts of "I wish there were hooks for towels" or something similar? There were ZERO things that came to mind that would have improved our comfort here.) We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the plentiful comfy seating, and the large table so we could all eat and relax together. The back yard was a perfect spot to enjoy the lovely weather, again with plenty of seating! I cannot rate or recommend this house highly enough. I would not hesitate to book it again for future visits!

we absolutely loved our stay here. We went for my son’s graduation from Navy school and had a phenomenal trip. This was a perfect property for it. We highly recommend not only the property but the property manager she was amazing to deal with.

Wonderful for two families

The house had a great layout with a big dining room table, lots of seating, and two separate living areas so the kids could be separated if needed. We had plenty of the basics left for us (detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). The location was peaceful and near everything we could need; it was a quick ride downtown. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

My husband & I have rented a number of homes through VRBO & this has to be one of the best homes we’ve rented. The house was wonderful & the host thought of everything one may need—- even toys for our dogs!! The house was spacious, clean & located in a very nice neighborhood.

Absolutely Perfect!!

Paula was born to host! The house is great and perfectly suited for a stay of any length!! Pet friendly, kid safe, family friendly and so well stocked! I really can’t say enough about how perfect the place is, the the location is great if you like the beach, the city or the local attractions and plantations. Cozy Christmas Getaway!

Our family traveled to Charleston to spend Christmas with extended family. Our stay here was perfect. We had private space when we needed it but also the flexibility to spend time with lots of family. The fireplace made the space so Christmas-y and the house was so very clean and well kept. Paula was communicative through the whole process and stay. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a fun family trip!

Property was great to enjoy lovely fall weather in Mount Pleasant. We did several trips to Charleston, which was only 15 mins away. House was close to the airport, outlets, a few nice malls, and a ton of grocery stores and restaurants! We had a great time in the backyard, playing ping pong and using the firepit. Owner was extra attentive to our needs and the house was probably the most stocked house with towels and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend!!
