SĂ©jour ouvre dans la cuisine avec une table Ă  manger pour quatre et un dĂ©cor chic cĂŽtier. Profitez de la cour spacieuse tout repas al fresco ou Ă  pied l'un des grands restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. SituĂ© Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons des eaux de Shem Creek et vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des planches de paddle droit au bord de l'eau. Dans un rayon de 4 pĂątĂ©s de maisons, vous trouverez 12 restaurants et bars, 2 cafĂ©s, un super magasin de boissons, un marchĂ© de producteurs et 2 centres commerciaux anciens. The house was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many restaurants, which was nice. The home itself was old, but everything was in working order. The one bathroom was teeny tiny. The fenced in yard was why we ultimately chose to rent this property. However, upon arrival we learned we had to share the yard with another rental property and that dogs were not allowed to urinate on the grass. This meant instead of being able to just let our dogs out to do their business, we had to put them on leash, make sure the other renters on the property were not in the yard, and then walk the dogs to the courtyard area of the fenced yard so they could do their business on the wood chips. We stayed for over a week, and so did the other renters on the property, so this became pretty inconvenient. If we had known we would be sharing a common space with others in a fenced in yard that the dogs were not able to roam free in then we likely would have chosen another property for our stay.

Location Location LOCATION! While this property had everything we needed and was very clean, the location is what will absolutely make us gravitate back to this home every time we come back to Mt. Pleasant!

Great location, easy check in, and parking right by the front door! Unit is a workin in progress, needs attention in the bathroom such as towel bars and maybe safety grab bar in the shower, shower fixtures need updating with maybe the addition of a hand held shower head.Both bedrooms were great and well supplied with great linens. The kitchen was well appointed, however, could use updated set of complete flatware.Any of the deficiencies are out-weighed by the location!

We came in town for a little league baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. This location was perfect, not too far from the park and many great restaurant choices nearby and in walking distance. The house itself is super cute, not too fancy, but everything you need with a great little backyard. Communication with the owner was perfect and we had no issues at all. I would recommend this rental. We had 2 adults and 2 small dogs.

Great place. Exactly as described. Great location too. Many activities were easily walkable and easy quick drive to the beach and downtown. Great communication with host. We would definitely stay here again.One suggestion would be to have beach towels/chairs for guest use. I think this would be a nice perk and added bonus, but would stay here again regardless.

Charleston Area

This was a perfect stay for my husband and me. Is as quaint and lovely as the pictures show. So conveniently located to Shem Creek and lots of fantastic nearby restaurants there in Mount Pleasant. You can easily get to Charleston, although Mount Pleasant was wonderful in itself and this little cottage was even lovelier. Highly recommend!

I am semi retired from the medical business and my wife is a nurse at MUSC. We own several properties next door and are big fans of this area. We have one son and live in the old village in Mt Pleasant. In fact our home is only 4 blocks away from this property. Though we have recently acquired this property it is our goal to provide the best experience possible for your stay. The previous owner has done a fantastic job renovating and setting the tone of happy clients for the last 3 years. We plan to carry on that same level of service in hopes that you return for many more visits to our wonderful city.

You cannot get a better location than this one. A private house one block from Shem Creek. The beaches are close, the heart of Charleston is a 12 minute drive and inside of 3 blocks are coffee shops, restaurants, a beverage super store, antique malls and more. All this and a very nice private property with outdoor living space.
