Hang out under one of the huge Live Oak shade trees and enjoy a fresh lake breeze or drop a line in the water off the boat dock / fishing pier. Sleep comfortably in 1 of only 3 newly constructed lakeside apartments. 1BR/1BA waterfront apartment with 2 Queen beds, full kitchen, smart TV, Direct TV and free internet service. Located on the water with a boat dock/fishing pier with electrical outlets for charging your boat. Property has a washer/dryer ready for you. This is a Perfect place to escape and enjoy some down time at the lake. Boat launch is available a hundred yards down the street for $5.

Commercial Ice Machine is located in Laundry Room. FREE ICE !!!!

We are pet friendly, no deposit required and pets welcome. We have had no issues with pets in several years so we are not going to be charging pet fees any longer...

Frying all those fish you caught is no problem! We have a fryer available to all guest.

We also have a charcoal BBQ pit available located off the back porch along with picnic tables.

There is also a wood fire pit near the water that is perfect for weenie roasts and s'mores with the family! All-in-all a perfect weekend or week-long getaway!

Quarantine vacation

I was looking for a place for my family to relax, fish and socially distance ourselves. this rental was perfect for all 3. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. My son and I enjoyed being able the fish at night on the boat dock which may have not been possible at other rental. The owner responded to all my emails and answered all my questions. I definitely would stay ther again!

Good enough

Property is in a good location. The apartment needs some TLC. The bed with a headboard is aggravated because it’s not attached to the bed. There’s mold in the corner by the table and there is no water pressure. My husband had to fix the toilet and judging by the book it has been reported many times.

After driving 11 hours we arrived at the apartment only to find the grass was not cut and high, house had several large spiders in the apartment hanging from the ceiling in webs and in the bathroom (killed most of them and bought Lysol to spray in hopes to help run the rest away, my wife slept in car because of this), food splattered all behind stove, pot holders hanging had something all over them, water had strong sulfer smell and toilet did not want to flush and started spraying out…did eventually stop but was leaking at hose, laundry room was nasty.. would not wash my clothes in there. We decided to leave and rent somewhere else. Host did come out to inspect and sent pest service to spray but told us he did not notice any spiders and toilet was simple issue and would only refund 110.00. He basically implied we were making it up. After driving 11 hours why would I want to make something up to have to try and relocate. We were at a family reunion and this apartment would have put us close to our family. Would not recommend this to anyone. Host does not care about making things right.

I also drove 6 hours round trip to inspect this property and did not find what you had described. I had already dispatched exterminators to the property to spray it again before I arrived at the property. All of my properties are sprayed every 30 days. I found the apartment was as advertised. I found nothing wrong with the unit. No spiders, spider webs or dead spiders were seen or videoed by me during my walk thru inspection. I did tighten the toilet supply line 1/4 turn to stop a small drip every 5 min. I flushed the toilet 15 times with no issues. Not sure how the toilet could be spraying out the top with the lid on it. In conclusion I have been renting a house and 3 apartments on this property with VRBO for about 5 years now and have plenty of 5 star reviews during this time. I have only had a couple instances such as this. You yourself said you wanted to stay at the apartment however others in your party wanted to relocate. Sam

Not what we thought

nice clean room, but some of the dishes were dirty the coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee in it that mildew , internet didn't work , the location was hard to find GPS took us a couple of miles from the Apts, other visitors didn't clean up after their dog's,

Getaway weekend

We wanted a nice peaceful Labor Day weekend. A week before we asked for reservations and within 15 minutes we knew we were going to stay here. Sam responded almost instantly. The apartment is spotless with utensils, dishes and a coffee pot for 4 people. The grounds were well kept considering a hurricane came through 2 weeks before-debris had been picked up and put to the side. The dock is large with the water so smooth and clear. A marina is around the corner for anything you might need. The quiet neighborhood made us not want to leave. We will be back.

Beautiful place!

Very nice clean apartment. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of bank fishing. And just a few miles from Martin's corner where u can get the best burger around! Had a great time getting a safe place to go during this pandemic.

We fell in love with this property and purchased the house in 2020 adding these three apartments soon after. We wanted a place to getaway and have rooms for all our family and friends as well.

This apartment is an ideal getaway. The beautiful trees, shaded yard and secluded lakeside docking is a fisherman's dream. The boat dock allows for each of the 3 apartments to have its own docking space with electrical outlets. Have a family group but don't want to stay in the same room? Our house and three apartments are perfect for the family getaway with separate living spaces. Or just a perfect place for a relaxing weekend of fishing. Washer, dryer and commercial Ice Machine are conveniently located on the side of the building. BBQ pit, fish fryer, fish cleaning table and extra freezer are all located behind apartments for your use. Large fire pit overlooks the lake for relaxing and cooking smores after a long day fishing on the lake.
