The Folly River Flat at Folly Beach - Luxury Apartment WITH DEEP WATER DOCK !

Luxury Apartment WITH DOCK ACCESS! The space is attached to main residence. Private living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, with private porch w/great sunset view and private entry. 1 mile from the beach, 3/4 mile to the Folly Beach landing and water sport rentals, and 3/4 mile from Center Street Folly Beach where there are great shops, restaurants, and activity rentals. Has a yard with great views. Dock free unless you use for your boat/kayak. $25/night for kayak, $60/night for boat. ***Liability waiver is required prior to use.

Rental comes with access to a deep water dock on little Oak Island Creek. Guests will now even have the option of keeping their boat, kayaks, etc. at our deep water floating dock during their stay! Limit of 25’ vessels or less. *Note, a liability waiver will need to be signed for access and use.

In 2021 we also added a fence that stretches across the property from side to side to help secure the back yard for pets and enjoyment. While it does not provide 100% security from pets escaping due to marsh, it assists greatly in keeping your furry friends quarantined away from Folly Road.

We also widened the driveway and parking area, and made a concrete walkway to the back yard for convenience.

Mother/Daughter trip

The best spot we’ve ever stayed from VRBO. The location is perfect, the views are stunning! Quiet and clean and cozy. The host had everything we could need, and it felt like home. We had the best mother/daughter trip, and we hope to return soon!

Great one bedroom flat with beautiful views. Backyard was awesome for the dog. Check-in was easy, parking was not an issue. Inside the furniture, bedding, linens, and provided kitchenware were all very nice and good quality. Travel into Charleston and also the beach at Folly were not a short drive and not at all a challenge.Truly a little gem of a place. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location and home!

This home was perfectly located between Folly beach, Charleston and other surrounding areas. The home was clean and had everything you could think of and the backyard was a nice area for our son to get out in. The owner was very responsive to recommendations or questions which we appreciated! We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone!

What a great little place! Host was awesome...very communicative, nice and welcoming. Great views of the marsh. Apartment was nicely appointed with a lot of little touches...kitchen has everything you need including some typical spices. Hair dryer, games, throws, white noise machine. The bed is very comfortable! Also, the Host included menus from several nearby restaurants. It was great that we could bring our dogs, too!Not a detriment to the place, but just a couple of things to be mindful of...there's a lot of stairs and it is right off of Folly Rd which is a busy road. Overall, we loved the place and had a great time! We'll definitely stay here again.

Lovely home on the marsh

This small apartment in a private home was perfect for two people for four nights. The large bedroom and efficient kitchen/living room set-up is very attractive and comfortable. There is even a small sitting area on the porch. We enjoyed the marsh views and an easy bike ride to the beach. Folly Beach is a very special place.

Relaxing marsh views

Less than a mile outside of downtown Folly, walkable and private. A beautiful home with a separate private entrance to the spacious suite very well done modern beach flat. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable soft king bed and plenty of closet space and dressers in the bedroom. Clean and well maintained newer property.

Super cute and private!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Private area of the shared porch, self check-in, clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Easily able to get in touch with the owner if need be. To actually dig your toes in the sand at Folly Beach was more like 1.25 miles away, versus half a mile. This was my second time ever staying at an Airbnb and it was a lovely experience.

Little house by the Marsh

We enjoyed our time here. The owners are nice & the unit was tidy and has everything you need. They have (2) adult bikes which were fun to take into Folly. We had a teenager with us that was able to maneuver the bike path but I wouldn’t suggest it for younger kids. The dock for this property was amazing. Watching the sun set with a glass of wine was our favorite. Charelston & several public beach accesses weren’t far & made this property a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Place!! Weekend Visit to Folly Beach and Charleston

This flat is accurately described and extremely fresh and clean. The rental is attached to the main home, and is small, but exceeded our needs for an active weekend where we were on the beach and in town most of the stay. Furnishings and appliances are new, & house is unique with a cool mix of materials, sitting right on the marsh, just a 5 min bike ride or 15 minute walk to downtown Folly. Parking was easy and the home is pet-friendly, which is really important to us. Nice owners and perfect for 1-4 travelers with small pets.

Above and beyond

Everything you could want, right down to superb quality bed and bath linens. Loved fishing from the dock, and enjoying the sunsets. Yes it’s by the road, but you can see that before you book. No traffic noise inside when you want to sleep. Thanks Jerry .
