Une maison à deux étages avec sommeil et salle de jeux dans le "Cercle d'Or" de Mangawhai - proche et à distance de marche des magasins, cafés, terrain de golf, musée et aire de jeux pour enfants incroyable. A 3 minutes à pied sur la route de l'estuaire et à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de l'océan. Vue sur la mer de l'estuaire et de l'océan. Situé dans une impasse calme et établie juste à cÎté de la route principale.

La maison (Ă  l'Ă©tage) dispose d'une cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon, 2x chambres doubles, 1 chambre simple et une salle de bain / douche / WC

Le sous-sol est complÚtement indépendant avec une cuisine, salle à manger / salon et douche / WC / salle de bain avec 1x chambre double, 1x chambre avec lits superposés et un canapé / lit double.

La chambre séparée comprend une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon, 1 chambre double, 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples et une chambre avec lits superposés.

La section plate et grande est idĂ©ale pour garer des voitures et des bateaux. Grande terrasse fermĂ©e idĂ©alement adaptĂ©e pour manger en plein air et se divertir. Garage nouvellement construit pour deux voitures / bateaux contenant une table de billard, une table de ping-pong et le bateau de pĂȘche des propriĂ©taires.

Great place for a big group. But the downstairs area had a very low ceiling so not for tall people to inhabit, But all other areas were perfect for any height.

Extended family gathering

This property was ideal for our family get together spanning three generations. With so much room we were able to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We found the kitchen was extremely well equipped and the clear labelling made meal preparation a breeze. The pool and table tennis tables were a real hit as were the scooters and swings. We all had a great time and would love to come back some time.

Great property and location

Great for a large group or a few families. We loved the common dining and lounge. The spaces were all mostly well kept. The beds in the sleepout and basement are very much on the softer side. The bathroom in the basement was not clean and as mentioned on the listing, not suitable for adults. Overall Geoff was easy to communicate with and the property was perfect for the price and large group.

Perfect for families

We had a great time here! Geoff has set the place up to be extremely user friendly, cupboards in the kitchen were labelled with the contents. Which is a life saver when you’re in an unfamiliar kitchen! Lots of space for the family to hang out together, the pool and table tennis tables were a massive hit and the littlest members of the fam loved the bikes and swing available for use. There were plenty of heaters also which made our stay very comfortable in the middle of winter! Highly recommended staying here😁

Was even better than expected. The top house housed us all for meals and activities. The younger ones occupied the sleepout which worked extremely and friends, fortunately all short were in the basement. Beautifully sunny and bright upstairs

Lovely summer getaway

This property was was extremely well equipped for the group, especially the kitchens. Host communication was excellent and instructions were thorough. Just to note the basement is separate from upstairs (no stairs in between) which may or may not be ideal for other groups. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here.

Good for lots of people

We had a big group - grandparents, adults and grandkids. Great having 3 separate areas (upstairs, downstairs and sleep out). The kitchen, dining and lounge in the upstairs area is a great size for everyone to eat and socalise together. Well stocked kitchen items. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Geoff.

Mangawhai stay

This is a good property for our large group of 12. The upper floor is spacious with plenty of room for group activities and so is the outside decking with a lovely view of the estuary. There is also a gas BBQ on the decking that we used a lot. A short walk to the estuary provides beautiful view and a good morning exercise. The bathroom downstair has quite a low ceiling, in the main house and sleepout, water pumps kicks in every time someone goes to the toilet and that can be very noticeable at night. Overall, it was a good stay for our large group.

We bought the property to largely bless our growing family who enjoyed beach holidays in their developing years. Our 2 sons and 2 son-in-laws all enjoy diving so regular fishing and diving trips out to the Hen and Chickens are staple holidaying activities.

>Spacious ocean-viewing deck for outdoor meals, relaxing and sunbathing

>Flat section that is great for games, fishing boats, tenting, etc.
