Weâre just a short stroll from the estuary, surf beach, playground, skatepark, supermarket and local shops. The golf course, bowls club, boat ramp and the Wood St Bar are all just around the corner â or stay in and enjoy a Bach thatâs set up for entertaining.
Fire up the wood-fired pizza oven, show off your culinary skills and let the kids roast marshmallows (provided).

The Space - Tucked down a quiet ROW, youâll find our fully fenced property with off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles (or 3 plus a boat).
Youâll arrive to a north-facing outdoor entertaining area, complete with:
Outdoor dining table & lounge
Weber BBQ
Wood-fired pizza oven - ingredients inc, plus a bread maker for dough
Private spa pool
Further back is the outdoor shower and fish prep bench - absolute must-haves after a day at the beach.
Inside, the Bach features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Sink into the plush couch for a movie, challenge each other to board games, or gather around for good food and better company.
Downstairs:
Large bedroom with queen bed
Single room with bunk - Double on bottom, single top
Bathroom - bath and shower
Separate toilet
Upstairs is your sanctuary - a sunny master bedroom with ensuite and private patio overlooking the Brynderwyns.
We know what itâs like living with teenagers, so weâve converted the garage into a rumpus room / fourth bedroom. Fully carpeted and insulated, with a heat pump for winter, and air conditioner for summer. It includes fold-out sofas, bunk beds, entertainment and loads of space - comfortable, fun, and just far enough away.

My partner Chase and I live in Auckland. We have 4 very active children, so we are very busy! We love to share our slice of paradise with others, and we get a real kick out of people enjoying our bach as much as we do.

We are a family who all love surfing, the outdoors and the beach, Managwhai Heads offers all of the above. Our Bach is in a lovely peaceful ROW, so you can be as active or inactive as you please!

We genuinely care about you having a great time, so we have many added extras (free of charge) like marshmallows for smores, a Nespresso coffee machine, lots of board games, games for outdoors, bikes, ingredients and a bread maker to make the dough for the pizza oven (you just need to add ingredients)!
