Cool vibes, good location and happy stay

It was really good to stay here as it was easy access in terms of travelling, stores, airport, central. Good Location as everything was close by and everyone liked to stay.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Was a pleasure to stay there. Beds, bedding and towel very vlean and fresh..even a nespresso coffee machine with pods for a decent coffee. Definitely recommended.

The property was clean and well-organized. Plenty of beds to sleep in to. The kitchenette was tidy, with cutlery, plates, glass, mugs provided. Cooking equipment were also provided. The area was peaceful and quiet. Laundry and a dryer were also provided. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodation. One thing, if I have to suggest for improvement, it would probably be to provide an oven.

Stayed at Helen's place to compete in the Whaka 100. The location was super convenient (could ride to the start) and very clean with lots of space and amenities, including the all important Nespresso coffee pod machine! Would definitely recommend, especially for families.

Better than 4 star hotel

Host went to a lot of effort to get the small things right, quality beds and linen, good coffee,easy access,warm in winter, and high standard/attention to cleanliness we have used holiday homes a lot and this was a simple house but presented very well, and a good price too, would definitely stay again.

Was good. All neat and tidy. Very clean and good storage with extra bedding and towels .

Little bit challenging for a big family of 8 adults with one bathroom.

Matariki Weekend

Great property for our group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Lovely and clean, comfy beds with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend stay. We arrived a bit later than expected, so Helen put on the heat pump so it was warm and cosy for our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Biking holiday

Was perfect for a Redwoods holiday. CLose to the park and equip with washing machine and dryer for muddy riders. Host was very helpful about putting bikes in garage overnight.

Perfect for family/large grouoy

Friendly host, spotless home, everything you could need, great BBQ outside and facilities. Helen was very friendly and made us feel Welcome. Loved the location, peaceful and central for driving to town and tourist attractions. The description and photos show the property as it is which is nice no surprises. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Stay in springfield

We stayed two nights at this property in Springfield for a short family getaway, before school resumed. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - a comfortable and dry base to return home to at the end of a days activities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and a lot more spacious than we were expecting! The location was really convenient being so close to the Redwood forest bike tracks. The beds were comfy. Communication with the host was prompt and easy to understand, and the little extra's that Helen provided were greatly appreciated. I'd happily stay here again, next time we come to Rotorua.
