Great condo - prime location - quiet family area and nice pool area ! Super view and spacious ! Well stocked kitchen with utensils and pans. Seperate bar area with small frig for drinks as well makes it nice! Full size new washer and dryer - A wonderful spot for our multi generational family and owners were so kind ! Love the electronic lock so no keys to worry with ! We have visited this same exact area for many years and thankful to have found this condo ! Note - owners own 4 properties so you can piggyback for big families. Close to shopping - eateries - Kroger - Walmart and Apache pier for walking out or fishing !

Loved this property!!

We absolutely loved this property!! Our only complaint would be that one of the two elevators continuously tore up and was out of commission each day. That became extremely annoying as it happened each day of the week we were there. Other than that everything was wonderful with the actual penthouse suite.

A bit average for the price

We did enjoy ourselves on this trip but I would have to say there were a few issues considering the price and the rental of a penthouse. The carpet in one of the master bedrooms had an overwhelming smell of dog pee, the carpets and bedding were stained in all rooms, the refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser were broken, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was just average. For the price, the bathrooms are very outdated and furnishings really need to be updated. We were a bit disappointed when we first walked in, but focused more on family and beach time. Won’t be renting again, unfortunately.

Needless to say we were shocked when we read this review as we have always had 5 star reviews and no complaints. We believe that this is purely a disgruntled renter who had a week of bad weather, as they had actually hinted about getting a refund due to the weather. I told them sorry, that we cannot cannot control Mother Nature and an occasional bad week. In our arrival package, we give all renters full instruction sheets about immediately notifying us if anything is wrong or out of the ordinary. Other than the weather issue we never had any calls from this renter. Upon receiving this complaint we went to the condo along with the cleaning people to review the complaints. Our high end appliances are only two years old and are in like new condition. We found nothing wrong with the ice and water dispenser which they claimed was busted. We found no smell of dog pee in any of the bedrooms. The dog pee complaint was strange as we have never allowed renters to have pets or animals and the Brigadune personnel keeps an eye on this closely. All of our bed spreads are only two years old and get cleaned every few months, and are all in good shape. The complaint said we needed updated furnishings. The majority of the Penthouse was remodeled two years ago and as you can see from the pictures, we have all new furniture in the living room, dining room, all new tv's, a new bedroom suite, all new box springs and mattresses, new full size washer and dryer and all new kitchen appliances. We talked with the renter who rented the week after this renter and they had no complaints at all. We as owners pride ourselves on offering 4 top notch remodeled condos for rent. The vast majority of our renters all return year after year.

This is a spacious property with plenty of room for a large family or multi-generational family trip. The spacious layout and number of bathrooms made it excellent for a larger group. We enjoyed the balconies, the large dining area and the full kitchen. The updated washer/dryer was a highlight for travel with kids. There were plenty of towels and linens for all guests. The extra small fridge in the bar area was nice for storing extra waters and drinks. We had a few minor issues and the property manager was extremely responsive and issues were resolved promptly. One thing to note is that the living room seating capacity did not match the capacity of the unit. There was one 3 seat couch and one 2 seat couch. When we gathered in that room to watch TV, people had to sit on the floor. This unit does not have any beach supplies— so be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again if we needed the space for a larger group family group.

Perfect for a family gathering

The owner of this condo was extremely efficient. We received a packet with all the information that we needed for our stay within a short amount of time. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 which included 4 generations. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The living room furniture is relatively new and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and plenty big enough for our crew! It is also worth mentioning that the bedroom with 1 double bed (small bedroom) does not have a closet or a big dresser. This was not a big deal for us because our daughter just used one of our closets in the master. The pool was perfect and we had it all to ourselves on most days. The beach is just steps away and there is a fun inlet to explore just a short walk away. There are also some little shops within walking distance for a bite to eat or maybe some beach toys. There is a grocery store a short drive away for all your snack and meal needs. There are plenty of dining options all within a short drive including the many restaurants at Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer family vacation at the Myrtle Beach

Me and my kids took a much needed vacation and wanted to stay on the beach. We chose the PHC at the Brigadune from the pictures and description but the property far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious for me and my three kids as well as my brother, his wife and their two kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and made the visit very easy for managing meals and snacks. The pool and location to the beach were perfect and the view from the patio balcony was stunning. We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a very quiet comfortable stay at the beach.

Fantastic property! Spectacular views!

The check-in process was quick and hassle free. The property is gorgeous and well kept. All new appliances, comfy beds, and a huge tv for the family to watch in the evenings after coming in from the beach! A private bar for the adult drinks! The view is breath taking! You are literally over looking the beach! Coffee on the balcony in the mornings was my favorite. The beach is not as busy and crowded as most so it was perfect! If I had any issues or questions, Terry was always quick to respond. The oceanfront pool was very nice as well. We had a great stay!
