Perfect for families

House was clean and tidy, and really well kitted out for families. It was great to jave everything we needed without having to bring it all with us! Garden is amazing for kids to run around, and very close to the beach.

Perfect for families with young kids. Great lawn, hot tub, sandpit and swing. Also great collection of toys and movies for rainy days.

Great location with everything you need for a family holiday

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend here, we were welcomed by the property manager and the house had everything we needed and more. Wonderful big backyard that’s fully enclosed with trampoline, sandpit, playhouse and of course wonderful to have a hot tub. Easy walk to beach and short drive to the mount. Highly recommend this property for a family holiday and Gloria is great host.

We’ve stayed in many places that claim to be child friendly or...

We’ve stayed in many places that claim to be child friendly or toddler safe, but this place truly was. Our 21 month old came down with an ear infection. Between the boxes of toys in the bedroom wardrobes, the sandpit, the trampoline, and the kids channels on Sky TV ,we were able to provide plenty of distractions to make his illness manageable and our holiday enjoyable. Spa for mum and dad at the end of the day was the best! If you have under 5 yr olds Tumble Time down the road at the ASB Baypark

The property is in a lovely quiet street and easy access to the beach. The beach access was 2 doors along and the beach was 2 streets over. Close to Mt Maunganui and close to shops and access to other surrounding areas. Perfect for a family vaycay to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Had everything that we needed, and all the toys and facilities for the kids were an awesome bonus. Both Gloria and her property manager were friendly and very professional to deal with. We highly recommend the house to a family for a holiday. Thank you very much.

Such a gorgeous home to stay at.

Such a gorgeous home to stay at. The spa was amazing. So many awesome toys for kids to play with. Incredibly well resourced/stocked in terms of kitchen appliances/utensils etc. Such a fantastic place for a family to stay. We hope to make it back there again next year sometime.

Great family holiday.

Great family holiday. Beautiful warm family home. Just a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved playing at the beach even in winter, and coming home to read books and play with toys that are there. Very comfortable and heaps of space. Would highly recommend.
