L'intérieur a toutes les nouvelles commodités modernes - chauffage central, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes. Il existe une connexion haut débit fibre gratuite, Freeview et un googlecast pour regarder vos programmes préférés.

La cour arrière est clôturée et dispose d’un barbecue et d’une terrasse. Il y a aussi un hangar pour verrouiller vos vélos et un tuyau pour les nettoyer. Il a une vue magnifique à travers une cerise pleureuse et un vieux chêne pour regarder au-dessus du vert Arawa Bowling.

This host has created a beautiful inviting home. We slept in comfortable beds, enjoyed the living, dining and cooking spaces, and looked forward to returning at the end of active days visiting different activities around Rotorua. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to town and some walkable shops like a neighborhood bakery. We highly recommend this stay.

Warm, Clean, and Perfectly Located

We had a wonderful stay over Easter in this Rotorua home. The house was clean, uncluttered, and felt very welcoming. It was nice and warm, which made it extra comfortable during the cooler evenings. The location was fantastic — close to everything we needed while still being peaceful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

A lovely stay in Rotorua

We enjoyed our stay in this Rotorua rental. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close drive to the shops. The house was clean and had everything you would need on a vacation. The third bedroom in the back was a bit cold being near a bathroom with an open vented window, as we were staying when it was still cold in the season. There was a door that closed off that area so the rest of the house did stay warm. We definitely enjoyed our stay though and would recommend to others looking for a relaxing spot for their Rotorua holiday!

Great home in the heart of Rotorua!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was extremely convenient to all the site in Rotorua and surrounding areas as well as close to food and coffee. The house is light and bright with big windows and some great original charm.

Central lication

Clean and comfortable. Quiet spot in a nice area. Only one suggestion, a heat pump would be useful more for cool air during summer. Definitely recommended.

Thanks for your feedback Trish. Such great guests and we'd love to have you guys stay again. The house does have an amazing central heating and cooling system with a control panel on the wall in the dining room. Be sure to put it on the cooling mode during the summer months and that will cool the house down nicely. See you next time you're in Rotorua :-)

Great family accommodation

Lovely well-appointed home in an excellent location, close to the forest for mountain biking. Configuration of bedrooms was perfect for us. Nice area to sit outside and great to have the lockable shed for bike storage.
