HEATED POOL AND SPA just completed December 2020!!! Beautiful Old Seagrove! Quick walk to the beach and Seaside Square! Sleeps 10! Deeded Beach Access!!!


MAIN HOUSE:

Perfectly located!!! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home situated on an oversized lot filled with live oaks and magnolia trees will provide you with lots of rest and relaxation yet just a short walk away from the beach, Seaside, shopping, restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and so much more!

Upon entering, this home boasts a large open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counter tops, and open shelving. The new cookware, hand mixer, food processor, blender, double toaster, slow cooker, 2 coffee pots and much more will make any cook delighted to prepare favorite cuisine and snacks. For evenings when you'd like to grill, enjoy the private yard while preparing your meal on a large natural gas grill.

Just off the living area is a spacious screened in porch with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. On days when the surf is up you can listen to the ocean hum while sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails or wine. This porch is also suited with a Smart TV and a large chalk board that will keep little ones (and even adults) entertained for hours!

The large master bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and desk should you need to break away for a few work details. The master bath has double sinks, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a spacious closet. It comes stocked with plenty of fresh towels, make up mirror and a blow dryer.

The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, Smart TV and walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds with reading lights, Smart TV and closet.

All beds come with high end mattresses! All decorative bedding has been replaced with all washable linens and comforters for your safety.

The second bathroom has a large shower, plenty of towels and cabinet storage space, magnifying makeup mirror, and blow dryer.


CARRIAGE HOUSE:

The carriage house is the perfect place if you need a little time away from the group. It's quiet, spacious and relaxing with 4 twin beds and a large sectional sofa for lounging or taking a little nap after a day at the beach. Equipped with a wall mounted Smart TV, mini fridge, a bathroom with shower, plenty of towels and blow dryer.

This was our fifth time renting a home in Seaside, and this one has been the best by far. Jaime is the only host we’ve ever had who truly checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. In past rentals, we’ve experienced issues like things not working properly, owners using spaces like the rooftop balcony, and listings that didn’t accurately reflect the property. This home had none of those problems, I honestly don’t have a single complaint.The floor plan was perfect, giving us plenty of space and privacy from our teenage kids. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything a family could need (except food of course). You can tell Jaime has thoughtfully considered every detail. There were box fans in every room (a lifesaver since I couldn’t bring mine), as well as high chairs, baby play pen, beach chairs, and more.Jaime also went above and beyond by sending restaurant recommendations, cake shops for my daughter’s birthday, beach bonfire contacts, and sunset cruise options. I didn’t have to research a thing, she handled it all. The pool was warm, the hot tub was perfect, and the added pool alarms gave extra peace of mind for families with young children.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free, family-friendly Seaside stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this home or the sweet hosts!! The location is excellent, an easy walk to the beach or square! The house was so pretty and squeaky clean! I’m technologically challenged and messed up the pool and the sweet hosts were so helpful!! I have honestly never stayed in a vacation rental where the hosts were this kind and attentive!! It was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s birthday/fall break trip!!

The house was perfect for our mother-daughter trip — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of delicious dining options. The pool was a refreshing treat during our warm-weather stay, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — prompt, friendly, and helpful. Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, modern, and beautifully decorated the home was. It felt like a true home-away-from-home, with every amenity we could possibly need. The space was ideal for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. We especially loved the pool and hot tub—after long days at the beach, they kept the fun and relaxation going well into the evening. The location was also fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach. We so much enjoyed our stay at this property at Seagrove Beach. We live just a few miles away and it was so refreshing to not to have to get on a plane! The property was perfect for our group size, clean and very convenient to everything. The added benefit of having a private beach and access to a business that can set up chairs and umbrella was an added plus! We'll be back!

Fall Break 2024

This was the perfect house for our high school senior and her friends for Fall Break! A quick walk to the beach and Seaside Square. The house was laid out perfectly with the master suite on one end of the house and the other 2 bedrooms on the other. The carriage house was great for hanging out but also lots of room for sleeping too. Pool and hot tube were great! Jamie, the host, goes above and beyond for her guests. Always available for questions and also suggests restaurants, etc. It was a great way to spend our last high school Fall Break. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better spot! The location was perfect, within walking and biking distance to Seaside and the beach. The private pool was a highlight for us, offering a great way to relax after a day out. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner upon arrival, but the owners promptly addressed it and had it fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

Great House and Host!

We really enjoyed staying here. We traveled with My cousin and our two Kids. Carriage house is great for the kids to stay in! There is room to hang out around the house and get away from the beach and town to just relax. Would definitely stay here again! The Host Jamie is great to deal with and has a good sense of Humor!!!!

Pure Perfection!

This is the perfect beach house! The interior is stunning with the most comfortable beds and couches and a wide open living space. It is large enough to prepare meals for a crowd and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need- even a crockpot. The pool and spa are just steps outside and can be heated in the cooler months. The beach and town square are a short walk through a quaint neighborhood. The homeowner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. I am an avid VRBOer and this was my best rental experience by far! Don’t hesitate - rent it!!!

30A Thanksgiving

What a wonderful Thanksgiving trip! Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and more to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner, relax, and enjoy some great family time. We loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as sitting around the fire pit talking and making s’mores. It was a short stroll to the beach where we enjoyed the view and spotted several pods of dolphins. Our family walked daily to Seaside Town Center and did some shopping, had breakfast at the Black Bear Bread Co, appetizers at Bud & Alleys, and enjoyed meals at Pickles, Taco Bar, and Seaside food trucks. The Red Bar in Grayton Beach has been one of our favorites for years - crab cake dinner is amazing! We also watched the Seaside Christmas parade and town/tree lighting. Overall, we had an incredible trip and enjoyed working with the owners. Jamie was very personable and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We highly recommend Sunshower for your next beach vacation!

Once we found this particular neighborhood we never looked elsewhere and with four options that could have worked, this one was by far the homiest.
