Lovely open plan layout suitable for entertainment, but also for family living, or a shared space for friends. Offers a lovely little patio if you want to relax with a drink, or book, outside.
The Space:
This three bed, three bath townhouse comes with a gorgeous open plan lounge and kitchen (complete with all mod cons), cute patio, laundry, and garage for one car. Thereâs air-conditioning and heating throughout, as well as every modern convenience to ensure youâre always comfortable. Suitable for up to six guests.
House features:
- Wireless internet, smart TV with standard TV channels and connection to Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming services
- Air conditioned combined living and dining room
- Free parking for one standard sized vehicle
- Free bottle of wine, chocolate and other amenities upon arrival
- Master bedroom with queen bed, built-in and air conditioning
- Second bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in
- Third bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in
- Separate work/desk area

The Neighborhood:
Located between Brisbane Airport and Brisbane CBD, Wooloowin is a family-friendly thriving suburb. This area is in the central north area of Brisbane City with amazing surrounding suburbs filled with cafes and retail. Just a few hundred meters away is Lutwyche Shopping Centre. We are just a couple of kilometres from the enormous Westfield Shopping Centre in Chermside, close to Royal Brisbane Hospital, Prince Charles & Other Hospitals. Also, we have easy access to the main motorways for a trip to Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast. This location is ideal for business trips, family trips or interim home as it is close to BNE, The CBD and an abundance of local amenities.
Getting Around:
Uber or DiDi cars are the best option to get anywhere quickly in Brisbane with public transport being Ok but quite a bit slower. Having your own car is also a great option. The CBD is an easy 10-minute drive away and the BNE Airport is just 9km away. If public transport is preferred, a bus stop is located in front of the building and the Wooloowin train station is only 750 meters away.
