House vey well stocked with towels, rags, dishes, pans, utensils, trash bags, seating areas, books, tvs, crockpots, cook tops, and blankets. Cargo lift was an awesome advantage for getting luggage and grocers up stairs. House was clean and cool on arrival and all vacation.

We're so glad the house was well stocked and that everything you needed for cooking, relaxing, and settling in was right there waiting for you. The cargo lift is such a great feature for hauling luggage and groceries up, and it's wonderful to hear the place was clean and cool from arrival through the whole stay. This is our third visit to Treasure Island, but the first time in this vacation house. We all decided that this was the very best vacation house in the neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. We had seven people, and we never felt crowded. 3 1/2 baths meant never waiting to go to the bathroom. Stairs were reasonable, large well-equipped kitchen, 10 seater dining table, pets allowed was GREAT, and beach access could not have been better!! 140 steps from the property to toes in the water. Yes, we counted!! lol We literally spent hours on the deck with the fantastic beachfront view. Very private on the covered deck facing the ocean.They have a rinse off area up on the deck which was a game changer for getting sand off. No need to walk through more sand after your rinse. There is a gate to keep pets on the deck. The BBQ worked out great and was easy to use. The upstairs had a pool table and a large TV--perfect for the kids (and adults!). We rate this as a 10 out of 10!! We WILL be back!!

One of the best houses!

Over the years, we alway have an annual trip to the beach and have stayed in many homes and areas in Galveston and I have to say this one is on the top of my list! I loved the home itself, everything was perfect and so well stocked! The location was great…almost felt like we had a private beach! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking!!
