Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our Secluded Cabin. We truly appreciate guests taking the time to provide insights that help us improve. This is a fairly new unit for us so this kind of feedback is even more important for us to determine seasonal needs. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the HVAC issues during your stay. We understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially considering the uniquely high temperatures and the circumstances with your group. We are glad the HVAC was fixed promptly the next day, but we regret that the upstairs area remained uncomfortable. Moving forward, we will review the HVAC system when temps get unusually high for extended periods of time, to ensure it can adequately cool the entire house, including the upstairs bedroom. We’ll also explore options with the homeowner like installing a mini-split unit and adding a screen door to the upstairs master to improve airflow. Things like this generally take place during “off season” so we will look into this quickly! Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to making the necessary improvements to enhance our guests' experience.
