Overall the room was Great, Clean, and loved the veiw. The bad part was when the building had a leak and was shut down and we had to be relocated. Even through that, we were reimbursed for the hotel we went to. Even still, I would come back as the service was good even with the abnormal event.

Our room was clean. However after getting off the elevators on our floor the hallway smelled terrible (the condo did not smell). Nice pool areas and easy access to the beach. Host was very communicative and left plenty of resort bands and parking passes. Check in was relatively easy once we figured out how to get upstairs. I feel like that could’ve been explained a little better. We parked in the 15 minute registration and then went to the room to get our access cards so we could get in the doors from the different levels of the garage. Overall we had a great stay

Thanks for the feedback about check-in and access cards; we’ll update the arrival instructions so getting upstairs is clearer and guests don’t need to use the 15-minute registration area. Glad our team’s communication and the resort bands/parking passes were helpful. We hope to host you again.
