We stayed for 6 nights (4 adults and a 4-year old) and had a lovely time.The view of Queenstown, the lake, and the surrounding mountains was amazing!The property was clean and well catered. A heat pump provided heating and the place is well insulated.Hello Queenstown team was prompt to answer any queries and very helpful and friendly.Definitely recommended stay in Queenstown, within walking distance of city and all activities.

The accommodation is very clean, well equipped and the views are spectacular. The Wharf area is a 10-15 minute walk down hill from the property. Very good location.

The view from the property was it's only redeeming feature.It was very outdated the kitchen was needing a urgent revamp and the entrance via the bathroom was a bit of a shock. Both bathrooms needed updating and the bathroom/laundry/entrance was inadequate. We were very disappointed with the accommodation and on comparing other accomodation the view doesn't justify the price

Awesome views over Queenstown. So lovely just to sit and watch the changing landscape and boats on the lake. Property was compact and had everything we needed. Nice and cozy with heating in each room. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Location was great to easily walk into town.

Beautiful home overlooking Queenstown, including beautiful sunrises. Location was quiet, easy to get to the tourist section in Queenstown, either by walking down/up the hill or via Uber if so inclined. Overall, we're very happy. One person in my traveling party didn't like that in the bathroom, they were using the sink, which doubled as the laundry tub for the washer, so they used the kitchen sink for brushing teeth and putting in contacts, but that is completely a personal choice type of situation. Overall, would stay again if I were in Queenstown or recommend the property to someone else.

We had a truly excellent stay at this accommodation in Queenstown. The location was perfect, the property was exceptionally clean and the facilities were outstanding. The kitchen was very well equipped and made our stay even more comfortable.Communication with the manager was easy and seamless. They were extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful in every aspect, which made the whole experience stress-free.I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. When I visit Queenstown again, this will absolutely be at the top of my list. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Stunning views and comfy beds!

We had 6 adults stay for 2 nights. The space was all we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of places to sit and relax and the views were to die for. There was plenty of off street parking which is a necessity in Queenstown when it’s busy. The house was at a quieter end of Queenstown but we could easily walk into town in 10 minutes. One of our group took advantage of the walk up the mountain which starts directly behind the house. So the location is great! Communication from the property manager was amazing, even replying after hours. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here and would absolutely book again. The views are the standout — truly spectacular lake and mountain scenery that made every day special.The home is older but nicely renovated, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept really well. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking; the only small thing missing was an espresso machine, but everything else was there.Parking is easy, check-in was seamless, and the location is excellent — close enough to walk into town and restaurants (just note there are hills).The only downside is limited storage space: no drawers and minimal hanging room, so you’ll mostly live out of your suitcase. Fine for two people, harder for a larger group—just something to know.Overall, a comfortable, well-located place with unbeatable views. We’d happily stay again.

The location is excellent and it is walkable into town but the return is uphill which could be a problem for some. The views are excellent. The property lacks some basic kitchen equipment and utensils and the WiFi was very slow. It would also be useful for people to know that the layout is somewhat unusual and the entrance is actually through one of the bathrooms. While this was not an issue for my group this could be an issue for some parties.

Great location, views, and host!This place was perfect for our trip. It’s clean, spacious, and has an awesome area to just hang out and relax. The location is super convenient for walking into town—just be prepared for a steep walk back up the hill! The payoff is the incredible view and plenty of hassle-free parking. The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
