Absolutely beautiful home with views over the lake and mountains from almost every room. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a family.

16B The Terrace was amazing. Great location, clean and the view was sensational. We had a couple of issues with the bins and TV, however 'The Butler' staff were so helpful and fixed the problems for us within 24 hours. Highly recommend this property...will defiantly be back.

Gorgeous home and view

Overall, the perfect location for our too short stay in Queenstown. Property was clean and very comfortable with stunning views and the perfect size for a family. Walking distance to the downtown area so we could walk to get breakfast and dinner each day.

Such a beautiful location and great house design with split rooms ground floor and top floor, making it easy for two family’s to co-exist. Highly recommmend!

Beautiful house in Queenstown only five minutes walk from the centre of town and with fabulous views over the lake and surrounding mountains.

Incredible location with views that can’t be rivaled. So close to town, great facilities and great owner communication. Can’t recommend enough.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO in Queenstown. The views of the lake were simply breathtaking — waking up each morning to that scenery was unforgettable. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location was ideal — peaceful and scenic, yet still convenient to town and all the great restaurants and activities Queenstown has to offer. After busy days exploring, it was such a treat to come back and unwind while enjoying those incredible views.This place truly made our trip special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown!

Amazing view!

Great house. Very spacious for two couples to spread out and have their own space. The views were amazing from the living room. Short 15min walk into town. Uphill on the way home;) would recommend.

Amazing!

This house has the most wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Overnight, I enjoyed stargazing through the living room skylights. Town is just a short walk along the lake. The house was just perfect!

Room with a view

The property is in a fabulous location, just a 10 minute walk from the Queenstown gardens. Look out the living area a spectacular view of Lake Whakatipu. It’s is stunning. One bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great property with amazing views! Clean and comfortable, perfect size for 6 people. An easy 20 minute walk to town via the coast, and short walk up to the bus stop for all local buses. It had all amenities we needed. Highly recommend adding on the addition of a hot tub as suggested. Had an issue with a broken chair, this was repaired promptly. Great customer service and support. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Queenstown!

16B The Terrace

Absolutely stunning vista and great location. The living area layout is also good. Sorry to say we were very disappointed with a few things however. There was a building site right next door that woke us both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The upstairs ensuite shower flooded so quickly that it can't have been used or checked for a while. The guest toilet near the front door was particularly smelly - don't know if public waste system issues? The top 2-3 stairs going downstairs have extremely loud creaks that can be heard all through the house. And the recycling glass bin in the garage hadn't been emptied and we had to take away our recycling. After paying a lot of money for two nights, sorry to say these items served to sour our visit.

Excellent stress free experience

Myself and 2 other brothers booked this this place to stay while we surprise our mum on her 50th birthday in Queenstown. Beautiful views and wonderful house. Have already recommended to numerous friends back in Australia to use this as their next holiday stay
