This enchanting vacation home, Solterra Villa, offers 6 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! The home has professionally decorated interiors you won't see anywhere else with bright colors, unique art pieces and window dressings adding beauty to this villa. All bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen offers all the amenities that any cook could want! Stainless steel appliances, cookware and flatware, upgraded small appliances and plenty of dinnerware. The generous dining room will make you feel like you are in a fancy restaurant!

Needs some items replaced to reflect value.

Home did accommodate 9 people with plenty of room to spare. Individual suites were also spacious. All beds provided a comfortable rest. The cons, entry key pad did not always open after code is entered. This may take a few attempts at times. Pots were not clean, I recommend you provide your own or at the very least bring a griddle.Purchase seasoning,paper towels,trash bags,and toilet tissue.There are only 6 plates for 12 guests and pots & pans need to be replaced.All towels provided also need to be replaced.These amenities do not represent this home well.Minus raccoons falling through the pool's fenced ceiling into the pool, we had a great time.Side note: The spa will heat up independently from the pool's temperature if you turn it on(outside dial).

Great place and ideally suited for location to everything. Not far from the airport you’re soon through the front door. There was twelve of us all age ranges and the house was perfect and so was the people in charge. Had a problem with the cooker they replaced it with a brand new one,very quick response time to all our queries. If we or when we come back would definitely look to rebook this villa. Walking distance to the clubhouse and lake but didn’t have the time and we were there for four weeks. Great stay. Cheers

great time

Overall all was good. Oven didnt work but that was out of their control. They were on it to get fixed. the vent in the laundry room needed some dusting and there needs to be a strip cover between the bedroom and bathroom in upstairs bedroom. I stepped on a tack like area that should covered.The garage was hot and we were unable to stay in that area. Other than these issues it was a great time.

Excellent Christmas Experience!

My extended family stayed at this location over Christmas (8 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 toddler) and we had a fantastic experience! The house was very clean. We had a couple minor maintenance issues upon arrival and the owner/manager showed up on Christmas Eve to assist us! We were blown away and incredibly appreciative. The house is well located in this neighborhood. It was easy to get in and out once you were in the neighborhood and we were well situated to the community pool. We liked how private it felt. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the game room. One thing to be aware of - at Christmas when all of the houses are full with many cars, it is a bit busy into the neighborhood and can back up the street when you have to go through the security gate. Plan a few extra minutes there. Otherwise the only thing we would have changed was the weather!

We enjoyed our stay, just a few things weren’t as expected. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dishes. The game room was really dark and the ping pong table wasn’t level as well as the pool table. Day 2 we noticed this terrible smell coming from an upstairs bathroom like raw sewage. They came and bleached and removed the shower curtain and liner. We are required to pay a cleaning fee, it seems like it’s being collected but the cleaning isn’t being done. Overall I liked the house but will look for something different next year.

Great value for a large home

We rented this house with some family for a mini reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out but also areas where we could all hang out and socialize. The 4 king rooms with private baths was awesome! It is hard to find rentals with that - usually they are a lot of bunk beds. We really enjoyed the pool. We purchased the pool heat which we are glad we did - since we had some chilly nights. We would have preferred the heat temperature to be higher, but understandable with heating costs. We also ordered a grill for our stay. The grill was much too small for 12 people. I would recommend having a larger grill for the house. We made it work, but just a suggestion for the future. The pool backs up to the main road into the development so more traffic noise than I would have liked, but it didn't damper our pool fun. The house is in need of some minor maintenance, but I also understand it is a rental house and not someone's private home so there are things that aren't going to be in pristine condition. We had no issues during our stay. It is mainly cosmetic stuff. Beds were comfortable - nice furniture in the living room - lots of pool furniture for the pool area. Overall it was all we needed for our week of Florida fun!

Family Get-A-Way

Home accommodates large family or groups with well equipped kitchen and large patio pool area. New sofa recliners in main room added while we were there which gives greater comfort to relax. I highly suggest heating the pool during the winter months it was fabulous. The management group is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The home is in need of regular type maintenance and the subdivision public pool area is in need of maintenance as well.

We had a great time while visiting Florida. The furniture was okay, but that's expected in a rental. Even with the pool heated, it was almost too cool to swim as it was so cold when you got out LOL! We were really close to the community pool so our group spent some time there. Overall, great experience and no issues.

Giant house with great amenities

Lovely home with tons of space for everyone. Nicely decorated & has all the basics in the kitchen. 4 bedrooms have a king with en suite bathroom, so remember to bring shampoo & soap times 5 showers lol! Pool heat was worth the extra. Would stay here again. Solterra clubhouse is nice as well & lunch from the cafe was great. Big pool & hot tub was perfect

Amenities & Proximity is Quality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The check in process was smooth and without issue. Just remember to have your reservation info for the guard at the front gate. This property is walking distance from the clubhouse - no need to drive! But don't forget the code to clubhouse access, which should be provided with your reservation info, because the gate to the clubhouse is unmanned. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and the adults enjoyed the lazy river. And there is a bar/ snack stand there to catch a bite while you're there. Try the Bang Bang Shrimp! But most days during the stay, we enjoyed the private pool at the house. I don't believe the owners provide pool toys but there were a couple balls and floats left by a previous guest and FiveBelow was a 7 minute drive away so we bought a couple more. The house was in great condition and clean when we arrived. There were enough bath towels but we had to buy a couple more pool towels which we left for the collection. Target, Publix, and Aldi are all less than 10 minutes away so we were able to get food and consumables easily. The king bedrooms were a nice size and all bedrooms had TVs. The two twin bedrooms were a bit small in my opinion but the kids didn't seem to mind. Beds were okay but pillows were a bit too firm for my comfort. Just a personal preference I guess. The one thing that stood out was that there were no insect infestation as observed in other vacation homes I've rented in FL. I did reach out to the management company twice on a Saturday, once for a general question and the second time to register a visitor. Both times I got an immediate response. All in all, I would love to return to this home for a future stay.

I love my stay in this beautyful home, my family love it there and my kids love the pool. everything was clean and organize in this home, people in charge were there if needed with no problem. we spend 9 days in there with no problem at all i would pick this home again.

Comfortable stay

The property was nice, clean and suited our needs well. We were disappointed that the lazy river closes at 5:00 and the water slide was unavailable. Traffic in the area is bad but oh well. We have stayed in many orlando resorts and this one was very satisfactory for the price. I would stay there again.
