Every detail of this condo has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to create a warm and relaxing retreat. Just steps away, you can access the community pool and spa. Additionally, two-car garages are available for guest use, and a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit.

This condo is located in the historical Shadow Mountain Resort, which offers a public golf course next door, and tennis courts available if participating in a paid lesson or clinic. It offers a private front courtyard complete with covered outdoor seating. The back patio has a built-in BBQ and additional seating, highlighted by a cozy fire feature. It opens up to the community pool and spa, offering alfresco dining options with generous seating for six. Community pools are heated in the colder months.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main suite boasts a comfortable king bed, a ceiling fan to keep things breezy, a spacious closet, and a 55-in Smart TV for your binge-watching pleasure. The ensuite bathroom is pure luxury with dual sinks, a soaker tub for ultimate relaxation, and a walk-in shower for those refreshing moments. The first guest bedroom also features a king bed, 50-in Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious closet—perfect for all your travel treasures. And for the kiddos or the young-at-heart, the second guest bedroom rocks twin (top) and queen (bottom) bunk beds with a bonus queen trundle, a closet, a ceiling fan to keep things cool, and a 50-in Smart TV for movie nights. There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.

Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.

Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.

Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.

Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.

Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
