Enjoy the ultimate relaxation with a hammock station, hot tub, and floating dock featuring Muskoka chairs where you can unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the lake. The home is equipped with the latest SONOS sound system for music lovers, as well as boating equipment for exploring the serene waters of Lake Brandy.

Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or peaceful moments by the water, this luxurious Muskoka retreat has it all.

**$175 cleaning fee per booking.

**Please note that all bookings require a $500 damage deposit, which will be returned to guests after their stay.

**Be sure to remove all garbage and recycling and take it with you. Muskoka has various rules in place that differ during the year. If any garbage or recycling is left on the property, we charge $25 per bag for removal as there is a charge for us to dispose of it.

Perfect property to spend a wonderful two days with close friends. The house is well stocked and flush with amenities - kitchen has everything you might need to cook, huge TVs everywhere, new bbq, lots of towels, nice bedrooms with comfy beds, and so much more! Sadly we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t make good use of the dock and amazing deck space but we will be back!

Weekend Stay in Port Carling

Beautiful property in Port Carling, right on the water. Plenty of space, well furnished and equipped with kayaks and paddle boards. AC not working, oven not working, patio umbrella broken and barbecue very dirty. Couldn’t find any garbage bags or paper towels. Otherwise had a fantastic time with friends thanks to Lux Muskoka!

This property was beautiful and well laid out for enjoying with a group or family. Well appointed kitchen and entertainment options. Lots of tech. We had some issues below and communication was slow and frustrating with no resolve to fix or explaination how to work it. In general we felt there could be more instructions or notes for main things. Perhaps a small info booklet? Took a while to find remotes and few key things. Hot tub could have been warmer and water was below skimmer on arrival. But lovely access and entertainment. Couldn’t figure out patio lights on. Oven did not work. No manual found. Bbq unaccessible on arrival, frozen in ice. Had to use in place of no oven. Smoke detector was down without working battery in add on room. Spare linens for pullout couches never found.

The owner did not respond to my questions regarding the stay until the afternoon prior to check in to confirm the AC was not working. At that point there was no option to rebook. Upon check in we found that a few of the rooms were extremely hot and purchased a fan that the owner did not reimburse us for. At the end of our stay, technicians came to fix the AC unit and we learned that the electric water heater was leaking during our stay, due to this the hot water tank needed to remain off.
