Spacious 5 bedroom waterfront cottage with huge wall to wall windows, open concept living-dining area with skylights.
Billiard room, poker, board games, tv and internet. 100 feet of waterfront with shallow water entrance and a dock. Gaze at the night sky, swim, boat, laze on a 60 ft dock and bring your friends to a campfire. Enjoy great fishing right from the dock. We have 3 kayaks and 2 pedal boats. Please note, only 4 vehicles can be parked.
The historic town of Bracebridge is a short 15 minutes drive away offering great restaurants, shopping and amazing waterfalls views. Boat launch is 5 minutes drive from our property. Check in is after 3pm; Check out is 12pm.

This cottage has lots of space for 10 people. Great outdoor area for activities as well as a good variety of water crafts. The host quickly responded with useful information when needed. It would be helpful to have a ladder off the dock for easy water access as the bottom of the lake is a bit mucky. Oven mitts would be a good addition in the kitchen. Note that the beds are hard.

We rented this cottage to spend a family weekend celebrating out mother’s 80th birthday. The Cottage is 3 stories (bedroom and pool table on top floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on second floor and 2 bedrooms, bath, living room, kitchen/dining room on main floor). Lovely yard with seating outside. Deck and stairs are showing significant age and decay. They were safe for us but need to be renovated. Lots of sleeping space but memory foam mattress toppers would make the beds comfortable. They are all very firm. Overall, the space was lovely, it was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful weekend. My mother was so happy for us all to be together. The weather was perfect.

Family Getaway

Spacious home with 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 fridges was perfect to accommodate 10 adults. Outdoor area was huge with multiple places to sit and relax (by the dock, by the fire pit, on the deck) and lots of room for outdoor games on the grass. A beautiful property!

We were two combined families that really had a nice time The location was close to a lot of places and activities. The fire pit was excellent and was our gathering spot. Also, there was enough room for badminton and other activities at the same time. Only issue was the swimming area was small but no complaints otherwise.

Stunning!

Loved this property! From the moment we walked in we were amazed by how spacious it was. There’s plenty of room for all of us to spend time together and have our own space. Gorgeous rooms and everything we needed was available. There are a lot of stairs so people with knee problems beware. Viktoriya was a great host and was quick to respond whenever we had questions.

OK but not worth the price!

The property was clean but a little run down. The lawn was mid-shin on an adult. The patio doors don’t lock and I don’t think the fridge has been washed out in a while. Not recommended for young children. Every room is on a different level. 2 steps to each living space on the main; and no railings along the ledge of the kitchen or the livingroom. We did have someone tumble but they weren’t seriously injured. Sorry we didn’t take any pictures of the property
