This is a great home in a beautiful setting and close to grocery store and not far from downtown Traverse City. We especially enjoyed sitting in the beach chairs down by the lake and watching the sunset and then going up to the patio for a bonfire. Would definitely stay here again but only during the cooler months since there is no air conditioning. House was well stocked with the one exception of no pizza cutter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was just as described. The lake and location are absolutely perfect. Please keep in mind, there is no AC (which is in the listing) but it can be mildly uncomfortable during this hot summer we've been having.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was great! Clean inside, the home required the dishes to be done, no dish washer detergent and one one hand towel. Maybe a few more hand towels would be good and some dish washer detergent. Outside could of been more kept up more. Weeds growing everywhere and needed to be mowed. But the place was comfortable and cozy.
