The house was fantastic, very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great too, only a mile to the beach, restaurants etc... The only downside and reason for loss of a star in ratings is that the pool was not heated and the hot tub wasn't working. That said, the property manager sent someone out promptly to work on the issue. Unfortunately, it was a larger issue that could not be fixed while we were there. Overall, it was a great experience and we would go back!

Property was as advertised. Clean and close enough and not far from any necessities or fun. Bike rentals less than mile away. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Ford and Edison's winter estates only a 20 minute ride.

This property was absolutely perfect. Listing was extremely accurate. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were amazing.Property management company were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely rent from them again!

Everything was good except for the lack of hot water and very poor water pressure. The worst was the main bedroom and it's associated bathroom. Could barely take a shower. Also in that bathroom you should put some anti slip material on the tub floor. Someone could really get hurt.

Ideal Beach House for Families - A great stay!

Our recent trip to Fort Myers Beach was one of the best family vacations we've ever had, and this home played a major role in that experience. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which eliminated the hassle of commuting or parking and allowed us to enjoy the sunset from the shore every evening. The house is conveniently located a quick drive from the downtown area, where we enjoyed a variety of beachside restaurants and shopping, and it's also very close to Publix for easy grocery runs.The home itself was very clean and well-maintained. We made great use of the heated pool and hot tub, and our kids especially loved the bags game and other outdoor activities provided. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with several food trucks within walking distance—perfect for grabbing breakfast or coffee.The only areas where we experienced a few hiccups were with some of the appliances. The hot water in the master bedroom never fully heated, the dryer had a jammed button, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. While a repair technician did visit and addressed the water issue (though it only reached lukewarm temperatures), the promised dryer repair did not occur before our departure. The host was responsive and mentioned a new dishwasher was on the way.As a laid-back family, we don’t have many demands, but a few of these issues did create some minor inconveniences. Still, the overall experience was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time.

The house itself and, location were fine. We chose the home because of the pool/hot tub, which upon arrival and our entire stay, did not work properly. Complained several times about the cleanliness or lack thereof, of the pool (dirty/cloudy) we were dismissed and told its fine, it had been cleaned, and the hot tub never worked. The pool people never showed, and when they finally did, they did not fix it but turned the bubbler on only. They also advised that the pool itself was missing rings around the jets in the pool, which was why it was not being cleaned, because it was not circulating the water the way it should have been. The management company was less than interested in resolving our issues. We own a pool, so we knew what we were telling them was accurate and warranted action, but none was taken. We were dismissed, and the pool remained dirty the whole stay, and the hot tub did not work. Came to find out from the pool people who showed up on our last day, the box was fried and needed a new one. We tried to tell the management company this, to no avail. Never turned on, never heated up, nothing. We told them this on day 1 of our check-in. They have many properties they manage, we saw while we were there. I hope they pay more attention to them and start paying more attention to the wants/inquiries of their paying customers. We paid a lot of money for our stay and were very unsatisfied with them as a whole. Lack of communication, care, and concern.
