3BR Garden Condo, Fully Fenced | Near Siesta

Thank you for your feedback. As a 4.85-star Premier Host, I believe future travelers deserve additional context. On the day of your arrival, before the published 4:00 PM check-in time, I received an aggressive message asking when you could enter the condo. Despite this, I accommodated an early check-in at 12:30 PM. During your stay, your party broke the bathtub spout. I immediately visited the property and arranged a handyman and licensed plumber. Although it was a weekend and parts had to be obtained, the repair was completed the same day. I did not charge you for the broken fixture, the handyman, the plumber, or any repair costs. I covered all expenses and also provided a $100 refund to help de-escalate an increasingly tense situation. The hot water claim is difficult to understand, as both bathrooms and the kitchen are supplied by the same water heater. The stairwell comment was also surprising. This is a condominium community with shared common areas, and I have never previously received this complaint for this unit. The most challenging aspect was the tone of communication. Despite responding immediately, arranging repairs, covering all costs, and providing compensation, no solution seemed to meet your expectations. Guests have the right to leave reviews, just as hosts have the right to share their experience. I believe I did everything possible to resolve the concerns quickly and fairly.
