Private Salt Water Pool & Spa, WALK TO BEACH, near Bean Point, GROUND LEVEL.


This family friendly beach house features cool tile floors, a 60" flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and YouTubeTV and fans in every room. Recently remodeled, there is a new metal roof and new windows to let the sun stream in.

The living room includes a sofa and two large chairs with one ottoman. The round dining table seats six. There is an additional sofa in the lanai for those quiet mornings when you want to drink your coffee in peace while overlooking the pool. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need to make fun meals with your family.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an unusual "wave" headboard. Painted in all white, it is designed to let your mind rest and your body relax. This bedroom features a brand new Avocado mattress (voted 2020 #1 Consumer Reports mattress). This bedroom has a new master bathroom with shower and a new washer/dryer.

The second bedroom has a new headboard and a king-size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and a cozy rug for your feet. The second bathroom is between these rooms and has a large full shower with overhead and handheld showerhead.

The backyard is fully landscaped with a 5 1/2 foot deep (at one end) salt water pool and an air bubble spa. There is also an outside faucet and hot/cold shower (to be enclosed in the fall). We have found it very handy for washing away the sand from the beach. We also provide 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a large beach cart, if needed, and ample private parking in front of the house.

Perfect location: Highly desirable NORTH END location in the City of Anna Maria. Just 5 minutes to the beach, and easy walk to the bay side, and to Pine Avenue with all its stores and restaurants.

Great location! Hosts were great to work with very prompt responses. Only suggestion would be, wish the house had beach chairs to take when you went to the beach. Other than that everything was perfect!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had such a fantastic experience at this property! The home was spotless upon arrival and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, which made our days easy and relaxing. On top of that, the hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free beach vacation!

This was our second stay at Holly Bach House & it was just as wonderful as the previous stay - am sure it won’t be our last stay either. The house was so welcoming to walk into - it was very fresh and clean. The location is perfect - a quiet road and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Plus a lovely pool with a great spa pool - perfect to relax in after our long travels and after we had hit the Mall for hours!The house was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We loved it.

We loved the quiet location of the house just a short distance from the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was very clean and well stocked with soaps, paper products, and everything you need. There were also beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach buggy. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. We would definitely stay there again!

Incredible stay! The house is a short walk from the beach, extremely clean, and very well appointed. We’ve stayed at Anna Maria half a dozen times and this was the first house that had a beach cart. This was huge for me as we are a family of 5 and I usually lug everything on my back. The backyard and pool was perfect, very tropical feel with enough shade to enough it at all times. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on the island.

First Trip to Anna Maria

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Holly House for our first vacation ever at AMI. We have vacationed at many other beaches throughout SC, NC, and GA and this house was the cleanest and best maintained home out of them all. They provided all of your everyday living essentials which was crucial when traveling with an infant. Despite not being beachfront, the 6 min walk was a breeze especially with the beach cart they provided. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay at The Holly House again!

A real gem!

This home had everything we needed and more. Clean and stylish, comfy beds, excellent layout, incredible pool and hot tub in a secluded, lush backyard. An easy 7 minute walk to an incredible beach, with gorgeous sunsets and excellent fishing. Also close to great shops and restaurants. We had such a great time.

Father Daughter Graduation Gift Getaway

The Holly House was absolutely perfect! My daughter just graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and as a graduation gift I wanted to provide something we can enjoy together and our week long trip to Anna Maria Island fit the bill for a relaxing vaca filled with Father / Daughter quality time. Easy walk and access to the beach and Rod & Reel Pier. The house was wonderfully appointed with coastal decor and amenities were great! Comfy beds, nice kitchen and living area and cozy porch or sitting room. The pool was ideal for a cool off plunge after a day at the beach or a morning run. Also close to many great restaurants. Bean Point is nicely tucked away from some of the more populated areas of the town but not too far where you cant walk or bike to places of interest. It was a perfectly located private retreat. The hosts Dan and Goose we very responsive to any inquiries and were able to offer an early check in as the home was vacant the day before our arrival. My daughter also commented that the owners must take great care in their guests as so much wonderful info was provided for us to research things to do, places to go and things to see. We made a must do "hit list" and knocked them all down thanks for the info provided which helped us organize our week. 5 Stars! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Amazing

10 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back. It is so close to Bean point which is the best beach for quiet and relaxation. Everything you need for the beach is provided along with a wagon to get it all there. The backyard is a vacation all on its own which we enjoyed every morning and night after our beach day. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Comfortable Stay

Very convenient for us. My son loved the pool and the house was very comfortable. One of the most well stocked homes I've rented. I was especially appreciative that non-perishable kitchen items were already there, so we didn't have to buy all the basic necessities. Very quiet street added to the peaceful stay.

Never disappoints

This is probably our 10th trip to AMI and our 2nd time we have stayed here. Dan and Goose took care of us from getting us in earlier than the check in time and helping us out with our accommodations the same day. You guys rock!!! Looking forward to our next trip already

What A Fantastic Home + Location

Our first time at AMI and WOW - what a great home at in a great location. We typically book large homes 4-5 bedrooms (just b/c everyone wants space) when we travel but this was so spacious, decorated and designed well like it felt like home. Paradise!

We loved our stay at Holly Beach House! The pool was a huge hit for all and we used it multiple times every day. Location is great - quiet but also easy to get around to various parts of the island. Host was quick to respond and had great recommendations for restaurants, etc that we used frequently. Would highly recommend staying here for your next AMI vacation!

After many years of coming to the Florida gulf coast for beach vacations with our children and wishing that we could own a piece of it ourselves, we realized that we had found the right combination of privacy, idyllic white, sandy beaches, clear blue/green water and low-key family atmosphere. An easy walk to the beach was our number one priority and that’s what we have. In fact, we can walk everywhere because of the location. We can get to Holmes Beach on our bikes and to the south end of the island with a golf cart. We love the convenience!

If this is your first visit, our favorite haunts include breakfast at Ginny’s and Jane E’s, dinner at the Waterfront (they have great happy hours), $1.50 drafts at the Rod and Reel Pier, specialty cocktails at The Doctor’s Office and of course, any meal at The SandBar. We love to pick up “fresh out of the ocean” seafood from Capt Anthony’s and make it down to the beach at sunset to say goodnight.
