Welcome to Coccoloba! This beautiful single-family home is located across from the sugar sand beaches in Holmes Beach. You enter the living room that features a large TV for great family entertainment. There is also a small table with chairs for a morning coffee or a cocktail before dinner or just hanging out with a good read. The galley style kitchen with a breakfast island is close by. This area has a large dining table with seating for six.
The house offers three bedrooms and two hallway bathrooms that accommodate six guests very comfortably. You first enter the twin bedroom from the hallway which serves as a pass to one of the king bedrooms; Guests must walk through the twin bedroom to gain entry to one of the king bedrooms. This one overlooks the pool. The master bedroom comes also with a king bed and has direct access to the pool area. It offers a butler's pantry with sink, coffee maker and a wine cooler. There is a sitting area as well to enjoy a night cap once you retreated to your quarters. There is a hallway bathroom located between the two king bedrooms. This hallway needs to be accessed through the first king bedroom. The outdoor laundry comes with a washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR
Step onto the large, covered porch and overlook a wonderful island back yard. The large 45 ft. by 15 ft. swimming pool features a shallow sundeck and a swim up table. Dip into the spa to relax after a beach day.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
There are four parking spaces available in the driveway of Coccoloba.
This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.
