Clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Walking distance to the General Store and Lobsterman's Wharf. 2.5 miles to the Hannaford Market and the downtown of Boothbay Harbor.Would stay there again if the property management is NOT Evolve. I will never stay in a property managed by them again.

Very quaint

We had such a nice time. The place is gorgeous. The beds comfortable. The well equipped kitchen was so useful. The hosts were easy to reach and communicated promptly. 5 stars.

The house was great, check-in was great, the house was very clean. We did find a few things missing, a cooking thermometer, a strainer, lobster crackers or fork. The downstairs bathroom could use a shower squeegee for the door. Overall we had a great time.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! I am not sure if you noticed the cabinet in the corner that had a lazy susan built into it, but there was a set of three strainers in there. Thanks for the thermometer and lobster crackers recommendation. I will put it on the list for the house. Thank you!

We were very happy in this lovely home with its views over the river. The deck is an ideal spot to relax, hear birdsong, and appreciate the attractive traditional Maine homes on the quiet side street. Our generous host left many handy supplies and the kitchen provided abundant pans and utensils. Furnishings and linens are high quality and very comfortable.Friendly neighbors were often out with their dogs and it was an added pleasure for my little dog and me to stop to chat.Don’t miss the pastries and sandwiches at the East Boothbay General Store, just around the corner .

Nice place. Any property with Evolve as the manager will never see me again.

Started off with absolutely no response from the Evolve contact person. Tried to call. No answer. Couldn't leave message ...mailbox full. Tried main Evolve phone number and no answer. The issue was that Boothbay has two addresses for 15 School St. That is when I started calling and when no one was answering my Scam radar went off. I knocked on the door and a very nice gentleman told me that this has happened numerous times. He explained that I needed to include "East" Boothbay in the GPS address.When I finally found the correct address the house was as advertised. A nice location with the water view and the setup was ideal for two couples.I can't think of any amenity that was missing. Very well equipped.Walking distance to the General Store up the street and the Lobsterman's Wharf down the hill. About 2.5 miles to Boothbay Harbor and the Hannaford grocery.

Thanks for your feedback regarding the address. I have asked Evolve to add a note to renters to put East Boothbay in their GPS. I am glad you enjoyed your stay once you got to the house!
