The location and views of this cozy house are perfect! The living area is so comfy and has views of the water from every window. The super short walk to mother’s beach and the playground make it a dream for a family with young kids. The house was well stocked and the host was easy to communicate with and helped us! Loved our trip

The photos just don't do this property justice - it's beautifully decorated, large, comfortable, and extremely well appointed. The historic quality and antiquity might not appeal to everyone, as it has some uneven floorboards, but the location is excellent, the front garden sitting area is delightful, and the owners were wonderful to work with and provided absolutely everything guests might need.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the location, a very short walk from Mother’s Beach and the playground, is tough to beat. We would love to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this conveniently located spot on the Southern Maine Coast. Playground- beach- ocean views - spacious accommodations- as well as bike provided for exploration! Memorable vacation!

We had a great stay in Kennebunk. It is close to everything but far enough away for some peace. We absolutely loved the house. It's old and has all the fun little quirks you would expect. There is nothing wrong with the house at all. It is a gem. The living room was massive and the views fantastic. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable.Craig was also excellent. He was super responsive to any message and very proactive in all communications.We would definitely go back again and I think that is the best complement I could give.

Beautiful home in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood and close to beach. Very responsive owner for all communications and check-in. Spotless home with classic coastal decor and fully stocked kitchen. We had a fabulous week of long walks, bike rides, afternoons at the beach and relaxing on the front patio. Definitely 5 stars!

Best experience all around!

We had the best experience renting this unit! From excellent communication with the owner, clean, spacious and beautiful home with everything we needed, and a location that cannot be beat. We enjoyed our week vacation even more than we thought we could because of the ease of access to the beach and the comforts of home just a few steps away. 10/10 would recommend and already talking about returning for another trip!

Craig was an amazing host. Great communication! This cottage was everything we could ever dream of. Just grabbing a towel and a chair and a quick walk to Mother's Beach. No need to pack a lunch because you're so close to the cottage. I am an avid walker and this area is made for that! Walking along the coast early in morning or after dinner is the best! Cottage is what you would see in coastal living magazine. Plus it supplies so much. We made amazing dinners with local seafood. And so many restaurants and shops in the area. I have to say the master bedroom shower was wonderful after a long hot day at the beach, very updated! No need for AC, the ocean breeze kept us cool. I really hated to leave today. This vacation brought many new memories for my husband, my 22 year old daughter and my 26 year old son and me. We've been vacationing in Maine for 35 years. So grateful our children still join us. This cottage is so huge you have plenty of room for board games, watching tv, entertaining and just sitting out front having a margarita looking at the ocean!
