Les propriétaires de la maison Kennebunk sont heureux d'annoncer l'acquisition de leur nouvelle propriété, maintenant connue sous le nom de Kennebunk Cottage. Situé à côté de la maison Kennebunk, cette maison unique en son genre avec une touche rétro qui offre trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes et de la place pour neuf personnes confortablement. Construite à l'origine au début des années 1980, la maison a subi une rénovation majeure en 2017 pour la mettre aux normes de la maison Kennebunk. De la peinture fraîche à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, de nouveaux meubles et de la literie ne sont que le début: une nouvelle terrasse et des murs en verre pliant NanaWalls apportent l'extérieur et une vue magnifique sur l'océan dans la zone commune du deuxième étage. Une douche extérieure est disponible pour le plaisir de nos clients, ce qui est particulièrement utile après une journée à la plage! Un pâté de maisons de l'océan et à distance de marche de trois plages (moins de 200 mètres, la plus proche étant la plage de sable de Mother (y compris une grande aire de jeux pour les enfants) et la plage rocheuse de Middle) et le Webhannet Golf Club, cet endroit calme offre un accès facile à tous les Kennebunks. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Close to the beach and Kennebunkport. The deck with an ocean view was perfect when not at the beach. House was spacious and clean. Great family vacation!

Great family vacation home, close to the beach.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and we loved the deck which we used daily. We enjoyed the air conditioning and the game room. It was very close to the beach, walked there daily. Great parking for 4-5 cars.We would go again and recommend it.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at the property. There is a small beach area down the road that basically served as a private beach everyday. When not at the beach, we enjoyed quality time on the 2nd floor deck, living room, and downstairs game room. We love our yearly Kennebunk trips, so thank you for helping us make these priceless memories with our family!

Great location and home for family vacation!

We loved staying at this house in Maine. Balcony open to the kitchen was great and the kids loved staying in the third floor loft space! Easy to walk to the beach and Patrick was great to work with.

Overall we LOVED our stay! Cannot beat the location! The house has everything you need in the kitchen. There were a lot beach toys that had been left behind by others. Our biggest complaint was the beds. Would have been nice to have one king available. Since we flew in for our vacation not having sheets, towels, soap, etc wasn't ideal but we made it work. Walmart delivery was key.

This house has it all and was great for a group. It is tasteful, comfortable, and designed to ensure that you live your time there as much outside as in. The neighborhood and proximity to the ocean is unparalleled.

Beautiful house, short walk to Mother's Beach

We stayed here for 1 wk and could not have been happier! The house is a perfect location to walk to Mother's Beach, less than 5mins away. It's a very well appointed house, tastefully decorated with all you need to enjoy your vacation. The owners are great and very responsive to texts. We would definitely book this property again.

Best family/friend reunion!

The house worked out so perfectly for our family and friends, and the ocean view was the icing on the cake. To be able to open up the trifold doors and bar windows to the deck and create indoor/outdoor living was fantastic. Such a short walk to the water, everything was just wonderful! Thank you Patrick!

Lovely home and great location

We loved the Kennebunk Cottage house. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and being able to see the ocean. The kitchen window opening was nice. The short walk to Mothers beach was great and the kids loved the playground there. Patrick was very responsive to any questions we asked. We all had a great time.

KBK stay

We have been renting in KBK for 11 years, this house is a great location-probably best for Mothers as far as walking, but we had no problem heading to Goochs daily! The upstairs living room window/doors are amazing-you feel like you are right at the water and it’s an extension of the beach. It made the stay.. my only complaint is the queen guest bedrooms felt very old and could use updating for the price of stay.

Great stay, even in cold weather!

We loved our stay @ KBC, for our annual Girls' Weekend!! The owners were wonderful to work with, very helpful & responsive! The 'cottage' is beautifully furnished, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fire, all toasty, while it was snowing & freezing outside. The beach is very close-by and perfect for a long walk, or just a short stroll - even in the cold! Downtown is great too, and the owners' restaurant recommendations were spot-on! Would definitely love to come back, thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Great location! Awesome Deck w/ Views!

We were the first visitors to stay. We love the house, the location and the deck. The exterior was work in progress but we did not mind. The kitchen is small but functional. The deck and the glass doors and windows that open up help the space feel open, like you are living outdoors. There is an awesome breeze. There are no screens which makes the space feel like a large open space but may be in issue for someone worried about bugs flying in. We will definitely consider going back.

Kennebunk Cottage

We had a great week, perfect weather. Good location. Patrick the owner was fabulous to deal with and very responsive. Property is definitely dated and in need of some fixes and upkeep. I would recommend replacing some of the furniture, linens, pillows, pots and pans, silverware etc. Very worn. Deck railings in desperate need of cleaning as are the carpets, etc. A great spot, a block from Mother's beach and .7 from Gooch.

Kennebunk cottage

First floor bedroom has a strong mildew smell. The living room upholstery needs DEEP cleaning. King beds would be nice. Those are the negative. I love the house and set up. The deck is so key! Proximity to beach and view from second story was wonderful. House is very well equipped. Communication with Patrick was seamless.

Beautiful house!

The transformation of this house is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is small, but we expected that from the pictures. The only thing was, we had a couple teenagers with us, and couldn't get the Wi-Fi. It's in the house next-door and you have to go on the side of the house to connect, once you get back inside you lose the connection. This house definitely needs it's own router, especially if you have teenagers !

Quiet neighborhood & close to beaches

Quiet neighborhood and super close to beaches and town. We enjoyed spending time on the deck. The house was fine for us though we had hoped it would be a bit cleaner upon check-in. I'd recommend having the cleaning service check and ensure everything was clean and in good appearance after tenants depart (or include a checklist for tenants.) We found the bath rugs were dirty (like, black), the floors were dirty (I think the cleaners only broom sweep) and the grill hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The last tenants really had just thrown the clean (?) sheets in a pile on a couple beds. A bit more updating would go a long way here- new AC units and extra fans, windows that open easily, hooks at outdoor shower and a clothesline for wet towels and suits. Patrick was very nice and communicative which was much appreciated. Thank you!

A lovely property (and very clean!) in a beautiful neighborhood; great for walking and bicycling. Just minutes walk from the beach. There are no provisions such as towels, hand soap, sheets, so be sure to have everything delivered or bring with you if traveling from nearby. We'd recommend this lovely home for a group of 6!

Great family vacation spot

Loved the location, short walk to 2 beaches. Also loved the large slider windows and bar area on the deck - such a great ocean breeze! Also the AC units were great, though barley needed them with the great ocean breeze.

Back in Maine

After two years of pandemy, we were back in Maine for a one week summer holiday. It was our first time in KennebunkPort. The house is very nice and close to the beach. We had agreat time with our son and grand-sons.

Vacation of a Lifetime!

Hard to put into words how wonderful our vacation this year was. The home was stunning and so inviting for everyone. Having the splitter A/C in each room made such a difference! We truly enjoyed the unique Nano windows in the kitchen and living room! The area is so quiet, yet a very short walk to the beach. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed themselves every minute. The hardest part was leaving your beautiful home Patrick. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect Family Gathering Near the Water

Kim and Patrick described this house perfectly. It was EVERYTHING we anticipated and more! Only a couple of minutes to walk to Mothers Beach and the playground. Dining on the deck was comfortable and easy with the open window system creating a pass-through for snacks and meals. The living room furniture/space was comfortable and an invitation to sitting alone with a book or gathering together with the entire family for games, tv, or catch-up conversation. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an exceptional week in KPT!! We hope we can return to this gem by the sea! Great Location

This is our 2nd stay at this particular house. To start the location is perfect! You have a view of the ocean, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute bike ride to town. Price is reasonable for the area and Patrick is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were there with 4 adults and two children but the house could accommodate more. I would highly recommend to any family or friends. Thank you as always Patrick for your hospitality.

We are a family of six who love the Kennebunks. We have owned a second home in Kennebunk since 2004, purchasing our current house, the Kennebunk House, in 2009. The Kennebunk Cottage allows us to share the experience with even more families. We enjoy sharing our home with people who will appreciate the area and the attention we give to meeting our guests needs. We look to improve our property -- in both large and small ways -- every year to benefit our guests' use and enjoyment of the house.

Our decision to purchase the Kennebunk Cottage came after our dear friend and neighbor, an amazing woman of 90+ years, passed away in 2016. She brought such light and energy to any room she entered and lived a full and fascinating life. We hope to do brighten others' lives by updating and refreshing her home, all the while bringing new friends into our fold to share this great house.

Quiet neighborhood with ocean views, yet just steps away from the beach. We love the front deck and plans are underway to expand the deck to allow our guests to fully appreciate and capture the views, sunshine and salty air.
