As you come in from the back door entryway you will continue to find a fully equipped kitchen including breakfast bar. There is a cozy sitting room on the other side of the kitchen with access to the patio through a set of glass doors. And there is a separate laundry room with stackable washer and dryer with additional pantry space, should you need it. If you love the warmth and charm that several separate rooms of an Antique offers, you will absolutely love this home.

Continue to the dining room where you can't help but imagine what sitting around the dinner table with loved ones must have been like in the years past. There is an access to the upstairs from this room, as there were usually more than one set of stairs to get to the second floor of these period homes. There is also a shared bathroom with walk-in shower included. Still ahead you will find a charming living room to gather. There is a television that appears to be smaller than you might desire, but anything larger would be an insult to this room.

And one of the best and last rooms on the first floor is this wonderful master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You will love this feel-good room which has both elegant furnishings and a bit of whimsy wallpaper. The master bathroom does not disappoint with an oversized tub and separate shower.

As you can imagine the second floor is accessed by using a somewhat steep set of stairs, one set between the living room and master bedroom, or from the dining room. There are two bedrooms, one on each side of the stairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with shower to accommodate the second floor. And a large loft area with a workspace on one side and a play space on the other side. There is a pull-down full-size Murphy bed should you need an additional sleeping.

Outside, you will love the mature trees that supply wonderful shade around this spacious yard. There is a private patio area with outdoor furniture and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Nauset Beach is 4 miles away, and Skaket Beach is 3.6 miles away. Fresh water ponds, Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake are both under 2 miles away. Also, it is 2 miles from the center of Orleans, and 7 miles from the center of Chatham.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
