The location was most excellent!!!The House and all the water toys were a blessing. Being right on the beach was truly a feeling of a tropical vacation.

Beautiful house that was great for our mixed family group. Easy access to Hopkins for trips and meals. We also discovered that there is a sand bar about 20 meters out into the water that was covered in live sand dollars, conchs and even a couple of sea starts.

My family of five just returned from this home. It was perfect vacation in Belize with this home acting as our hub for all of our activities. All of your water adventures can be had by walking two houses down to the marina and contacting Hopkins family adventure tours you can literally walk out your door and be on a boat headed 14 miles to the barrier reef like it’s a walk in the park the home is clean and spacious and communication with the host was excellent. The beach had been raked and cleaned and the pool was spotless. 10 out of 10 recommend. For inland adventures, use Hilario adventure tours. They are a smaller family owned company that does personalized trips for a lot less than the big guys.

This property was everything we were expecting and more! Our group enjoyed the both the private beach and amazing pool. There was a nice variety of chairs, loungers, pool floats and plenty of beach towels. The ice machine and water dispenser was very appreciated. It was an easy drive into Hopkins to replace the water jug, get groceries or eat out. There were a lot of activities that were an easy drive making this the perfect place for our group!

This house worked great for our group of 10! One thing to mention is that the downstairs lounge does not have a shower. We had 2 teenagers staying there and they were a bit separated from the rest of the group.The new swimming pool was a huge bonus allowing everyone to do what they wanted, whether it was beach, swimming or hanging out inside. We loved buying food from the vendors that came by but we didn’t see them until half way through our trip due to our schedule so I recommend buying meat and bread from the local vendors early in your stay. It’s a long bumpy drive to the grocery store so this is very convenient. You can also walk to Mangoes for food, drinks and friendly staff. Don’t miss karaoke and music bingo on the weekends. Also be advised that this place only takes cash. And do yourself a favor and try Castillos in the village. This place is very popular with locals who are the most kind and welcoming people I have ever experienced on our travels! Castillos doesn’t have a printed menu, they just tell you the 4-5 things they are making that day. Our group of 10 had dinner and drinks for 74 USD. We also loved the folks at Happy Go Luckie Tours for snorkeling and diving (our group did both). The house is great and I appreciated the quick responses from Bonifacio for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Hopkins!
