As you enter, youâre immediately captivated by the water views that stretch across the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and even the primary suite. The space is bright and open, filled with natural light, with a vaulted ceiling in the great room and a double-sided fireplace that offers warmth and charm. The flow from the kitchen to the dining and sitting areas, and then out onto the screened porch, is perfect for both quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and lively family gatherings.
The primary suite, situated to take full advantage of the water views, is a true retreat. With a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath that features a jetted garden tub and a separate shower, it offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of lake adventures. The second bedroom on the main level, with its cozy queen-sized bed, is conveniently located next to a half-bath.
Downstairs, the lower level opens up to a spacious family room where you can watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or engage in a pool tournament! Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
