Welcome to your home away from home, 1 Cozy Cove!

A new home to our rental program, 1 Cozy Cove is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath located off Scenic Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach.

This spacious home is cozy but offers plenty of space to accommodate 10 guests and your dog! Located in a small neighborhood off Scenic Hwy 98, this home is in a quiet family friendly area, perfect for families. This home is just a few blocks from the beach and restaurants Public beach access is directly down Hutchinson St with Pavilion, shower and bathroom and also at Pompano Joe. Walking distance to all the beach activities, with a sparkling private pool, and lush tropical landscaping making this the perfect vacation home

This one-story home has a spacious living space and kitchen. The eat in kitchen has a dining table set for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar . The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and ample counter space, a bright backsplash and under counter lighting. The perfect place to cook a meal before heading out the pool or beach to soak up some sun. The dining table offers seating for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar. The comfortable living room offers plenty of plush seating for everyone, and the sofa turns into a Queen-sized sofa sleeper as well. There is plenty of natural light that comes in from the multiple patio doors and the view from inside the home is the large pool.

This home has 2 Guest Bedrooms. The first room has Twin bunk beds and a Queen-sized bed. The second guest room has a Queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom features a King-sized bed. The Guest Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower while the Master Bathroom has a large double sink vanity and walk in shower.

The private, fenced-in backyard also has a patio perfect for BBQ's and offers plenty of space for your dog to get some energy out. This home is dog friendly up to 65 pounds for an additional nonrefundable pet fee. The beach is not pet friendly.

This home is perfect for your small or large family. Centrally located in Cyrstal Beach off Scenic Highway 98 you are close to restaurants, the outlet mall, and the beach. You will have plenty to do and a wonderful place to relax when you’re not out at the pool or beach. You’ll never want to leave this 1 Cozy Cove once you get here!

House was clean and in a great location! Our kiddos loved the private pool and the sloped walk in on the pool was great for young kids! Definitely will be staying here again!

Cottage was as described with a big exception - the location of the laundry remained a mystery until day 3. The outside room that looks like an owners closet needs a label. A cute “Laundry Room” sign would do the trick!

This house was perfect for our needs. The pool having a gradual slope entry was an added plus that we didn’t even realize before we got there. The beds were super comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen had lots of great dishes, but we had to provide all of our own spices including salt and pepper. Overall very clean and enjoyable, and we hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Property

The property looked just like it did online when I booked it and it's very nice. It's close to Crystal Beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. great location. Having the pool was wonderful.I recommend a sign be posted by the door that leads out to the pool, that warns you an alarm goes off when you open the door and where to turn it off. It's a little shocking when you open the door to a property you are not familiar with and you're not expecting an alarm.The property management reps are very responsive and good to work with. Also appreciated Eddie from the pool service. Really appreciated his response when the pool filter needed backwashed and the timer stopped working. This is a beautiful property, we had a great experience with everything and would certainly stay here again.
