You will surely enjoy this modern new house with city views just a stone's throw from downtown. Close proximity to the C-train, Elbow River Pathways, MNP Sports Center, Stanley Park, Macleod Trail, Chinook Mall, the Stampede Grounds, the Saddledome, BMO Center, Mission District and 17th Ave.
Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly-built duplex has everything you will need, including a fully-equipped kitchen, and ample seating for relaxation and dining. There is ample street parking (free) and attached garage access available. The space The main floor features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a gas range and oven along with a dining room and living room. The 65-inch TV offers access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sportsnet+, YouTube, and more. There is a half-bathroom on this level along with an elevated deck with seating for the summer months. This floor also features a workspace with high-speed internet access for you.
On the second floor, you will have access to three bedrooms, including the master suite with a king-size bed and attached bathroom with shower, soaker tub and private toilet. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. The double bedroom also features a workspace. The window blinds in the master suite and queen bedroom are motorized for your convenience. There are also laundry facilities and a second full bathroom on this level.
There are a number of fantastic local craft breweries and distilleries in the immediate area, not to mention some wonderful pubs and restaurants just across the Elbow River in Mission. Parkhill is located amongst some of the nicest neighborhoods in the city (Elbow Park, Roxboro, Rideau Park, Elboya, Mount Royal) with easy access to beautiful walking paths along the Elbow River.
If you plan on staying longer and are interested in outdoor activities, please message us about hiking, biking and skiing in Banff and Kananaskis and how to access the parks. Floating on a raft down the Bow and Elbow Rivers is a popular summertime activity in Calgary - ask us about equipment and drop off/pick up. Calgary has an extensive network of bike trails - ask us about bikes and the best places to visit.
Our home is ideally located in central Calgary, offering you easy access to major attractions and areas of the city that people typically visit. It is a great getaway retreat with ample free street parking and attached garage access available.

Shawna and Bruce were without a doubt among the best guests we've had the pleasure of hosting. Communication was excellent and they treated our home like it was their own - very clean despite having stayed for five nights. They even left a couple of gourmet cookies for us from the wedding they attended while in town. Delicious! We hope to see them again in the future and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Spacious and convenient place
My two friends and I needed a place to stay for a sports tournament at the MNP Community Centre. The property was spacious and conveniently located close to the venue. The host was very informative, providing important details about parking and Uber drop-off options, which saved us a lot of time and money.The place is very new, very clean, and bright. Loved the living setup since we watched the hockey game on big flat screen above the fireplace.Did not use the garage so cannot comment on that.

The hosts, Angus & Pam nailed it! They had a beautiful welcome card and gift for us. They promptly answered any questions we had.The house was impeccably clean and well provided. Everything from dish and laundry soap to shampoo and body wash! High quality kitchen, laundry appliances and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean, bright. The rooms were spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. a short 10 minute walk to Stanley Park, "Brewery Belt" and several convenience stores. I would definitely recommend this house. And I would definitely come back to it.Thank you to our wonderful hosts.
