'Panache Ouest City Ranch' is located in the heart of Southwest Calgary's upscale Mission area. Seconds from the city's best districts (17th Avenue / 4th & 1st St), we boast a ~20-minute walk to the Saddledome & Stampede arenas.
Adjacent to Elbow River and its shoreside green-spaces, this eclectic, modern standalone has everything you'd want in a luxury rental.
Full laundry, infrared sauna, a home-gym, two full bathrooms, & dedicated workspaces make this Calgary oasis a stand-out.
This heritage home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, featuring two king-size beds, a trundle-bed sectional in the loft suite, and a new queen pull-out sofa (with a memory foam layer) in our lower-level flex room.

Open-Concept Living: At the heart of this home is a multi-functional living, dining and entertainment space that easily seats six; featuring ample natural light, dedicated workspace, a gas fireplace, sprawling modular sectional and 4K 50" smart tv.
Our full-service kitchen is prepped for all your culinary and hosting needs, featuring a brand-new fridge, freezer, stove, and air-fryer; a full-size dishwasher; and retro-style 10-cup drip coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster! PLEASE NOTE: we do not have a microwave.
The main floor bedroom suite connects to a spacious walk-in closet, as well as a shared passthrough with secondary barn-door access. Guests can store luggage, get dressed, or come and go, with total ease and absolute privacy.
Main Floor Bedroom Suite: Rest & relaxation are guaranteed on our memory-foam, cloud-topped, king-size mattress and high-thread-count sheets. A 6-speed ceiling fan overhead, and nightstand lighting, plus four king pillows provide customizable comfort.
The Home-Spa: A central bathroom hosts this home's original 1912 cast-iron clawfoot tub, as well a modern walk-in shower. A reclaimed antique crystal chandelier is sure to set the mood for an evening of unwinding in a bubble bath or rainfall shower.
The Loft Suite: Features our second memory-foam, cloud-topped, king-size mattress, and four king pillows. A trundle-bed sectional acts as a day bed or sleep-space, while a nearby retro mini-fridge and antique desk provide a second dedicated workspace.
The City Ranch Basement: Our lower level offers luxury and versatility with a large second "Home-Spa" bathroom featuring a massive soaker tub (fits 2 adults!) and shower. This level also features a "flex" room with a 4K 55" TV and a queen pull-out couch, serving as either a 3rd bedroom or a second living space — perfect for keeping the upstairs quiet during later hours. You will also find our infrared sauna, home-gym, and full laundry suite here.
A Private Picnic Courtyard is adjacent to the residence. Dine at our weatherproof picnic table and enjoy our solar-powered patio lights (self-timed to illuminate your evening gatherings)

A wonderful property
My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed here for over 2 weeks. Comfortable king beds for both rooms. The room upstairs is accessed by a dramatic circular staircase. The house is older with lots of character and even has a sauna. We would definitely stay there again!

I would highly recommend staying here. This gem of a house was beautifully decorated, very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Nic, the owner, was prompt with communication and helped us with our additional parking requests to make our stay even more convenient.

Cozy, Eclectic Retreat in a Great Location

As former vacation rental owners, we can be picky. There was NOTHING to complain about here. From my first inquiry right to our stay, Nicolas was wonderful. The home itself has been lovingly restored and perfectly decorated. We felt at home the moment we stepped in the door.Nothing was missed, right down to the humidifier in the bedroom which we really appreciated ! The location is AMAZING !! We walked every day by the river only a block away, tons of cool restaurants within a 10 minute walk, grocery store. I said a few times during our stay, I could move right in. The home has one surprise after another, if you love cool decor as much as I do, this won't disappoint. Bed was very comfy. We did not need to use the upstairs space, if mobility is a challenge, the spiral stairs may not be for you. All in all, this is a 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful comfortable stay.

Heritage Gem
Property is incredibly styled and defn a gem in the heart of Calgary. Walking distance to the stampede, restaurants and stores.
Wonderfully set up, spiral stair case, and lovely large bathroom with great /large shower and classic claw foot tub. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
