Fresh, modern and sleek 950 SqFt loft style unit. Constructed inside a historic glassworks building, this condo is one of the most unique in the city. You will be amazed by the style but also the amenities nearby. With a 2 minute walk to Museum row, and a 7 minute walk whiskey row, the convention center, the YUM! center and the center for the arts - everything is nearby. With Wifi, Netflix, and Hulu provided you have everything you need. The perfect spot for relaxing or going out on the town.

The space
This is a sunny condo has no shortage of natural light (10 foot tall windows line the back wall). It is a quick jaunt to anywhere in the city. It is located on museum row, which has some of the best restaurants and activities in the city. Inside the building you can even take a glass blowing class. I highly recommend you try as many restaurants as possible (trust me, we have some great food here). It's a modern, sleek and most importantly comfortable and relaxing.

The floors are so cool you're going to ask how we did it! We tried to make an place that was fitting of the building. And we hope you love the modern touches.

Also, we are not some impersonal investment group, we are young family that care about our guests and we want you to enjoy your stay.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

We do not rent to anyone that lives in Louisville. You must live at least 50 miles outside of the city. (too many people throw parties...)

RELAX AND CHILL

A roomy, light-filled living room with a huge comfy couch will definitely be welcome after a long day around town. We offer Netflix, HBO, Hulu and ESPN in the Living Room. Highspeed internet is obviously a must and we have you covered. Curl up with a book or sink into the couch. The condo is yours!

A large kitchen table is a perfect place to start gearing up for the night. Open the curtain and have the city as your backdrop. There is a speaker with a Aux cord for any music needs.

SLEEP

The bedroom has 2 extremely comfy queen size mattresses. One is a fancy electronic murphy bed that can be rolled up and put out of the way. The living room also has one of these murphy beds (you will be blown away by that it was hiding in plain sight). Additionally the living room's couch can sleep 3 (yes, it is that big). There is a closet to store any items in the hallway. It also has a dresser for clothing.

RULES

We do not rent to anyone that lives in Louisville. You must live at least 50 miles outside of the city.

Make sure to put the accurate amount of guests. We have trouble with people not putting the correct amount of guests. Which gives us the first impression that our guests have lied to us (which is not a good first impression).

Absolutely no smoking inside! If you are caught smoking inside I could incur serious fines from the building, which I will have to push to you.

Shops on the bottom floor. Make your own glass ornaments (and other things). Pretty cool. Place was clean. Only complaint was the light in bathroom. Bathroom is in middle of rectangular room. Top of wall to ceiling is glass. When you turn on bathroom light, it lights up entire place. Not ideal for night time. But certainly not a deal breaker either! Had everything we needed
except a sheet pan for pizza. Again, not a deal breaker. Be aware it’s working district so many of the restaurants near by are closed in evening. Easy walk to YUM center and restaurants. Didn’t have to move car. Parked in 8 a day lot. No problems with that. Unloading and loading was breeze. Great directions for check in (loved the pics!). Great price for what you get! Would stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this location. We used the apartment as a place to get ready for a wedding and then for the bride/groom to stay at the night of. The space had everything we needed with convenient pull out beds for extra sleeping areas. Parking was 19/day at the flat lot and 22/day in the garage. These are not set by the owner, but by the city of Louisville. Still good to know for future guests! We really enjoyed the massive windows with great views as well as the arcade game in the living room. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay. Matt was very communicative and helpful. The facility was easy to access and the check in process was a breeze. This was a trip with friends. We enjoyed lounging in the room every evening after all of our daily activities were complete. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The couch was worn down and hard to comfortably sit on or get out of. The curtains were a mess and only 2 were able to be opened/closed which made for a dim interior. Some of the towels were stained and there was only 1 bathroom hand towel. The dryer was running when we arrived and had to be turned off manually since it obviously had a fluff cycle and kept running. There were sheets in the dryer which we still wet so I turned it on until they were dry. The concrete floors were dirty, not with litter but dirty so that my feet were black after walking on them. Do they ever get mopped? There was a hole in the ottoman. I can say I was not happy with the condition of the property.

This is a nice, comfortable place to stay. It is an easy walk down to Fourth Street and it is around the corner from the Louisville Slugger Factory and Tour. There were a number of parking options nearby. We would stay there again.

Beautiful apt. once you figure out how to get inside.

Perfect for a downtown stay. Easily walkable to restaurants, Yum Center, and the river. The locked back door to building (where you are to unpack car and pickup key cards) needs to be more accessible to enter. Once you get your keys there is no keycard scanner to open locked door (in the back, front door has a scanner, unless we couldn’t find it). Once you figure that out, everything else is great.

Perfect location and walkability

This was the PERFECT location for our little family trip to watch WWE! Walking distance to Main Street and all the attractions, right around the corner from the Louisville Slugger museum— fabulous stay!

Cute open loft

The property was nice and the building was very secure with a glass blowing company on the first floor too. Check in was easy and it was a nice location with Fourth St. only being a couple blocks away. There is one regular bed and three Murphy beds. The space is all open with the kitchen and bathroom dividing the two main rooms. Recommendations for the host: have extra blankets available, non-stick cookware (everything stuck and burned) additional cooking utensils (spatula), providing at least one baking sheet. I told him personally there was something off the bed. Don’t need to put that in the recommendations get a different cleaning crew popcorn popcorn, popcorn. For the most part the place was clean but we found someone’s socks under the main bed, bathroom vent needed to be cleaned, dishwasher may have been out of order or not connected? The Murphy bed under the tv had a broken piece which caused the bed to sink in, in that spot. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and was great for our group. I would recommend if heading to the area!

Great loft.

Was an open loft apartment with comfortable furnishings and good location for the conference I was attending at the Louisville Conference Center and the side trips to great restaurants and the Louisville Slugger museum The management / owner was very attentive to needs and supported a check in issue within minutes.

Downtown Loiusville

Property itself was lovely and perfect for two of us and our dog. There are defn a lot of murphy bed options but the space doesnt have a ton of privacy aside from the bathroom so larger groups may be tricky. The host was super responsive. We had issues with the dishwasher and needed extra towels and he was quick to reply. Oven isnt really usable as there are no pizza pans or cookie sheets or casserole dish. Luckily Loiusville has many amading food options, many that are walkable. dishwasher and pa sheets) .

Quick weekend trip

Thankfully just a quick weeken trip. The location was good. Check in a little challenging for my old eyes to put in combo for lock box. Inside the property: liked the windows and size of the place. Disliked the dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty towels in washer, having to totally reset thermostat to get heat and a toilet that had flushing issues ( took at least two times to actually flush).

Perfect Whiskey Row Condo

Modern style condo one block from whiskey row. Very clean and open concept living area. Couches and bed were very comfortable. TV had Internet access so you can use your streaming subscriptions. Overall, great stay!

Works for a weekend

The check in process was ok. A bit cumbersome to step though but was fine once complete. Loading and unloading in the back was easier than expected and good proximity to the elevators. The listing said there would be two key cards, we received one. It was fine for us but might not be for a larger group. The place was very clean and orderly. The availability of extra blankets and pillows was appreciated. We had plenty of hot water and good water pressure! There were a few things that could use some TLC, dishwasher kick plate was loose, the fridge had several dings which I know happen but with a few of the other cosmetic things it caught my attention more than it otherwise would. Part of the baseboard was coming unglued from the wall, some of the furniture looked a bit worn, and some paint needs touching up. The one thing that did surprise us was a slight leak in one of the widows when it rained. It’s a known issue that is being addressed but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Overall, we were happy. The location was also a great selling point for us and there was plenty of places to park!

in downtown Louisville — close to everything from tasting rooms and restaurants to the lovely river-front parks! We parked car in adjacent lot and walked everywhere. A huge, comfortable space, an easy stay

Great location in Louisville, very clean and secure

My husband and I came back to Louisville for our second bourbon tour. The first one was 8 years ago! We had another memorable trip! The Glassworks building is an awesome location. Park in the lot with the Statue of Liberty and the service men mural. It's $8 for 10 hours or $14 for $24. You can go in and out. The condo is on the 8th floor and is very spacious for 2 or 4. Good for more if you really like each other! The magical floor never seems to get dirty. I need that at my house! Beds are great and there are plenty of linens and everything else. Matt is a great host and took care of us when needed. Thanks for a great trip!
