Villa River Dream is a gorgeous 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms riverfront home in Cape Coral. It has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The villa is right on the river and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 20 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and you also have access to a Mother in law suite with a small kitchen and separate bathroom, perfect for a larger group vacation. The house was recently renovated and the main living area is very spacious, combining the kitchen and living room leading out to the gorgeous lanai area overlooking the river.

You will have access to the dock, where you can keep a rental boat for easy access to the beaches and wildlife.

Clean, well stocked, safe neighborhood, and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked home, the cleanliness of the facility, and the convenience of location. Everything was as explained and we really enjoyed a week in this home. It was so comfortable to be in and the pool was just fantastic!

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood, and pet friendly. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa River Dream. House was well equipped and very comfortable. Property manager was responsive but only by text. One small mix up upon arrival but it was taken care of in a very satisfactory manor. Only critique - the listing says there is a boat lift, but it was inoperable at the time of our visit. Fortunately we chose not to take our boat this trip, but be sure to check.

Peaceful home away from home

Overall a wonderful experience and very comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would return.Pool&lanai were awesome. Kitchen had a good variety of cookware. Beds were very good. Owner has set the house up well and we really appreciated it.Listing said its a 4 bedroom/3 bath but its only 3 bedroom/2 bath. Kitchen trash bags were not provided and it would have been helpful to know up front. Check in instructions were good but were missing how to lock the house when going out. Management company took 2 hours to respond on how to lock the door, so that delayed our plans.Overall, a very positive experience!

Thank you! I have to clarify, the house DOES have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a mother in law suite available, as stated in the advertisement. We provide one trash bag for each trash can, big or small. Some hotel style starter kits for all the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The front door has an electronic Yale lock.
