Condo en bord de mer, vue spectaculaire, 2 BR / 2 BA Large, nouveau, calme et sécurisé.

Ce nouveau condo moderne comprend une grande chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size, un dressing et une salle de bain privée avec une grande douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre a un lit king size, deux placards et une salle de bain avec douche.

La cuisine a un grand îlot en marbre blanc carrerra pour un repas rapide ou un petit déjeuner.
Il est rempli d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'ustensiles et de vaisselle pour 10 personnes.

La terrasse en bord de mer 27 'X 13' offre une vue imprenable et les sons apaisants des vagues en dessous, elle a une salle à manger pour 8 et un coin salon confortable pour profiter du coucher de soleil.

Le toit-terrasse de Sayan Beach offre les meilleures vues à 360 degrés sur la baie de Bandera et tout Puerto Vallarta avec une piscine à débordement spectaculaire, un grand jacuzzi, un coin salon avec bar et services de restauration.

Profitez de la plage de Los Muertos ou baignez-vous dans l'une de nos magnifiques piscines.
Deux autres piscines, un coin salon avec un foyer et un jacuzzi sont au niveau principal complété par une salle de sport ultramoderne, un hammam, une salle de massage et des douches. Le bar et le restaurant sont très bons et peu coûteux.

Pour rendre vos vacances parfaites, nous avons le nettoyage gratuit une fois par semaine, un coffre-fort, un espace de stationnement intérieur, une sécurité 24h, le wifi et la télévision par câble par satellite. Un agent de PVRPV vous accueillera et vous montrera le condo et toutes les commodités du complexe Sayan Beach. L'agent sera également présent le jour de votre départ. Cette personne de contact est là pour toute urgence. PVRPV dispose d'un service de conciergerie qui peut vous réserver des restaurants, des excursions en bateau, des visites et des activités.

We had a great stay. Condo was as pictured. Very nice local art. Very comfortable. The amenities in the building were excellent. Several pools at different temperatures plus hot tub and lounging areas. About a 10 min walk on beach to romantic zone though I recommend going left because the beaches are quieter and there is an awesome little tiki hut on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is well-appointed with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff are extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. Both pools are top notch and also offer great views. The a/c in the common area and front bedroom is good, but the primary bedroom and bathroom can get a little warm.

This has been one of the best stays we’ve had. The condo was perfectly located and nicely appointed. The local host was very communicative and helpful. From rescheduling rides due to airline issues, to stocking the condo with food and drinks we had chosen from a very nice excel shopping list. The condo is beautiful with all the necessary items needed (lots of towels, well appointed kitchen, even two bags of ice). We would absolutely stay here again. Very quick and easy Uber rides to town, but also walkable via the beach (if you can handle stairs). Staff at the building were wonderful. Rooftop pool was under construction but that was okay as the main pools were perfect. This was a great, relaxing family vacation. If you need suggestions on excursions, ask the staff. We did a day trip to Sayulita and loved it.

Great size for two couples. Very clean and well maintained. Spectacular views of the bay. Easy walk on the beach over into the zona romantica. Rooftop pool area is perfect. Service is great both at the rooftop and the main pool below. The food was also great, especially for breakfast.

Stunning Condo and Property

This is the second time I have stayed at Alain’s condo. The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, well-cared for with an absolutely stunning view of the bay. Alain is a genial and responsive host. The property is gorgeous with incredible salinated infinity pools. The security and restaurant staff are outstanding.It is an easy walk on the beach to the restaurants in the Romantic Zone. I highly recommend Alain’s condo. It is a gem.

Just what we needed!

This is an awesome property, the facilities are great and the staff friendly. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and given the location of the condo is a long walk from the town centre it's really convenient. We enjoyed chilling, swimming in the different pools and taking in the views which included dolphins and a turtle laying her eggs on the beach! I only wish PV and this condo was closer to Sydney Australia... but we will be back!

We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, especially early in the morning and in the evening. The view was unmatched. The unit was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were wonderful, always helpful. The property was very secure. Restaurants and shopping were a quick Uber drive away. We will return sometime in the near future.

Great Property, Great Unit, Wonderful Staff

This is my 3rd stay at the Sayan Condo properties and the first in this unit. It's my favorite vacation property and this Unit is no exception. It has a fantastic view, great amenities, very secure, wonderful helpful staff, and meticulously cleaned daily. The only issue we had was with a clogged AC drain that caused some brief flooding from the ceiling but they got service out to us the next day to repair the issue.
