Steps to the Beach: Spacious 2BR Condo w/ Pool, Balcony & Elevator!
Ocean Block third floor condominium located just steps to the Beach and Boardwalk featuring a spacious living and dining area, relaxing balcony, community pool, off street parking and an elevator in the building! Apartment is on a residential block, but an easy walk to the center of town for great shopping and dining. The pool is open Memorial Day to end of September.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 Full
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
