We stayed in July 2026 (3 nights/4days). I did think it was closer to the beach due to the map on vbro’s site. It’s off by a couple of blocks. For us? Not a problem, you’re still in a great location, tbh, we were pleasantly surprised being on the main road it was quiet. Be mindful there’s a good amount of steps and front door area for suite 4 wasn’t labeled. We decided last min to add-on the covered parking (cost 25/day). Beats having the car roast in the sun and worrying about finding close parking especially with kiddos. We had to provide our own linens, pillows, blanket and towels, which upon booking we were informed and was a non-issue for us. All the normal necessities were provided, paper towels, kitchen dishes, cups, utensils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. No ice cube tray or maker. The living room sofa was clean, tv is nice and the kiddos enjoyed the provided games. The reason for one less star was due to the missing included street parking tag, shower door unable to stay closed and broken washer. The owners/folks managing the property were prompt in communicating and provided timely resolutions. We were not bothered or worried. Overall, we loved the property as it’s spacious clean. We are thankful for our hosts in assisting us when the need arose. We plan on booking another stay for next year but for a longer time. FYI, we go annually so we’ve experienced many rentals in the area.
