Pelican's Perch is a beautiful vacation condo is located just above the ground level and the view from the covered, screened private balcony is the perfect view of pelican's, ospreys and more! Your vacation condo is located in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

This spacious condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the dishes, utensils, and small appliances you could ever need. In the living room, enjoy cozy seating with a beautiful view of the Intercoastal, a flat-screen TV with extended cable, and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included inside the condo.
